I want to love this, and I did for a while. But it leaks!!! They've already replaced my upper top. But after a few months of use, it leaks when on its side. I can't tell you how many time my diaper bag has been a swimming pool. Just bummed because I thought the Stanley quality was unmatched and I wouldn't have to deal with this. Not to mention it's not cheap. :(

I love the design of this, the handle, the ease of the flip straw, but my ice melts (with the straw closed) within hours. I was expecting the ice to stay frozen for days. Also my straw melted in the dishwasher (dishwasher safe) and the replacement straws seem to be out of stock for awhile.

I love that it keeps my drink super cold, but it leaks. The lid, even when screwed on tight, leaks.

My ice doesn't even last 2 hours. I have to refill the ice every time I put water in it.

This cup LEAKS!!! I love so much about it but it leaks. It keeps things so cold and I like how much it holds but I bought it to put in my diaper bag and can't do that because it leaks so much. I minimize the leaks my by screwing the lid on so tight that I have to have my husband unscrew it. Which shouldn't be how it is. Even then it leaks some still. When you screw on the lid it does not line up with the logo on the front like the picture. It is probably another 90 degrees off of the logo. Plus I put in a warranty request roughly 2 months ago and haven't heard anything back. I'm pretty disappointed in this product.

Loved this Christmas gift, but the leakproof straw has started to leak pretty badly and I haven't even had it for a month. Stanley is the only tumbler brand that advertises their flip straw lid to be leakproof and this was a big factor in why I wanted it. I'm pretty disappointed.

I had high hopes for this cup because everyone brags about it, however, the ice doesn't actually keep in the cup. I find that it melts within 3-4 hours. It does keep the water pretty cool, but disappointed that the ice melts. My hydroflask keeps ice way longer. Wondering if the one I received was defected considering so many others praise this cup. Wouldn't buy again.

The style is rad. The color is perfect. The size is great. And the leakproof design is . Unfortunately it's heavy which would be ok to deal with if drinks stayed cold. However they don't. The Stanley IceFlow does not keep cold for over 2-3 hours, regardless of the amount of ice used.

Does not keep ice at all, the ice melts so fast. Overall unhappy with the product.

I have multiple Stanley cups (40oz) and found myself knocking them over and spilling water everywhere so I bought this one to prevent that from occurring. I don't know if I got a dud or what but the lid come loose all the time. I have to screw it on and then tighten it again about 30 seconds later. Even then, if I toss it in my bag, I end up with everything soaked. Such a bummer.

WATER LEAKS EVERYWHERE. I heard great things about this cup but I instantly noticed it was not leak proof. Anytime I had it in a bag or on its side it leaked all of the water. Do not buy stick to your hydroflask.

The quality is lacking. I have had it for one day and it was dropped from less that two feet fork the ground. The bottle did not hold up. I have had many other brands that have not done this.

I wanted to love this tumbler so bad, but it just leaks no matter what I do. My first day at a new job I showed up with my entire back covered in water because it leaked on the train to work. I have been diligent about ensuring the threads line up when putting the lid on, have tightened it so much I can hardly get it back open, and nothing works. I missed the return deadline so I attempted to submit a warranty claim, and am hoping to get a resolution that way.

I was expecting more out of this. The only thing I like about this cup is that it can fit into my car's cupholder. Other than that, it's nothing to rave about. It doesn't keep water cold for long and it leaks it tips over.

So so.bulky and not very ergonomic. Sipper is great!

I purchased 2 tumblers and 1 of them has already begun leaking....I cannot give it to my son for school which is what I purchased it for because it leaks all over

Was excited about this particular product to have a leak proof bottle to put in the stroller. Leaked ALL over and doesn't keep the water cold as long as many other brands they are much cheaper.

Love this water bottle but it leaks! No matter how tight I make the lid it still leaks from the lid! I bought them for my kids to take to school and sports and now they can't because it leaks and not just drip drip it's runs out. Waste of money unfortunately. Please fix

It's a really nice water bottle but, I have not been able to use it to it's full potential. When I tried to use it for the first time, it leaked all over while on its side. Thankfully I will be getting replacement WHEN they are back in stock at the replacement warehouse. Let's see how long that will take. Customer service was wonderful though. For the item itself, 2 stars since it arrived defective.

It's just an Okay cup. Ice water will stay cold for maybe 12hrs. It leaks if it's tipped over ( which it isn't supposed to) basically I wouldn't buy it again. Definitely better products out there

I must have received a defective product because mine absolutely POURS out when the straw is open and tips over. I'll stick with competing bottles for true leakproof bottles.

Very cute but it definitely leaks. I put it slightly angled on my seat and got water all over the seat
