Nice shoe, but the size seems too short. I wear a 13 wide. New Balance is one of the few places I can get shoes that fit. This one was wide enough, but my middle toe hits the end of the shoe and is painful to wear. Returned yesterday.

They run small and are not very comfortable at all. My lower back started to tighten up about 20mins after having them on. One of the worst wearing shoes I've own. That look great but not a good fit and cheap feeling when wearing them.

I’ve got three pair of these now. Two of the three have a hole above the big toe area over time. Love the widths available and the slip-resistant sole.
I echo the lack of arch support, but got around that with Orange insoles.

I use them for work. I didn't know they were not oil slip resistant. Even tho it says slip resistant. I'm constantly slipped and slides everywhere.

This destroyed the back of my ankles … im a delivery driver and after half of the day i was limping to the point i wanted to take them off and walk with my socks… cant return them cause they were worn … “once “ smh … i am very unsatisfied with the discomfort these shoes caused me

the sizing runs small, I usually get shoes that fit when I order 12, that was not the case with these shoes. Be sure to make sure they fit well before you wear them, you may not be able to return them

I agree with ratings that comment on the size, these shoes seem to run tight. My issue is the workmanship of the non-slip layer of the shoe. the bottom black non-slip later is coming apart from the regular sole. It's as if someone forgot to put the good glue on the shoe. I haven't had this issue with new balance shoes until they are like 1.5 years old or in that range, but this was after 4 months or less i noticed.

I normally wear a size 13, but these were way too small for a size 13. They were very uncomfortable on my feet, next time I’ll order a size 14.

Even though these were supposed to be my normal size of 12= 4E, they are so narrow that they really hurt my feet. I wore them a couple of time to see if they would relax and break in, but they are still really tight and unwearable. I wasted the money on them for unwearable shoes.

If you work outdoors (like do) or any plan purchase these shoes for any outdoor activity, the material gets warm and you start feeling a burning discomfort on feet. Shoes satisfactorly comfortable and light.

I ordered these for work, I'm a chef. Wore them for one shift and both of my big toes are discolored from brusing. They were initially comfortable, lightweight and well made. I own several other size 12 New Balance shoes and have never had this issue.

These shoes are unwearable without an arch support. I have flat feet, but these have so little arch support I had to buy a $50 insole, then making them a little tight height-wise. Other than that, they're as advertized, pretty impermeable/unbreatheable, suitable for climate-controlled indoor work where you want to be able to wipe them off, eg nursing. They look pretty sharp.

I ordered the 4E size to fit my very wide feet. I routinely wear NB 4E width shoes, so expected these to fit similarly. They were very narrow for a 4E size claim--I would say narrower than a traditional 2E. I normally wear a NB 9.5 US 4E width, and they typically fit me perfectly. Based on other's reviews, I ordered these in size 10 US, 4E and they were both small and narrow on my foot. Something wonky about the sizing on these shoes...too bad too...I really loved the exterior styling. Inserts are worthless. Immediately remove and install after-market footbeds.
