Water gets inside the shoes, bad quality. Do not buy.

I've worn 626v2 13 4e for years as a restaurant manager. I have custom Orthodics that require a good bit of room. I ordered this new shoe same size, 13 4 e and I liked the shoe but I compared it to my 626v2 and the bottom of the shoe was 1/2" narrower. I had to send it back.. please make this new shoe a 6 e available and I will try them again. Ordered more 626v2 after this.

These shoes are supposed to be slip resistant but that is not the case 100% of the time. I have tried to order 2 pairs now and neither one is really working out. I don't know that I would order slip resistant shoes from NB again.

I ordered a half size bigger than my normal size because (A) New Balance sizes all run small and (B) 2 of my family members had to size up when buying this exact model. I had to order 3 times and go a size and a half bigger then my normal size. I got NO HELP whatsoever from NEW BALANCE customer service.

I purchased a size 14 wide and these are very narrow and painful to wear. Why offer a wide size if it's not the case

This shoe is at least 1 inch shorter than other size 12. No way even close to the size ordered.

I was excited to wear these shoes. However, I was disappointed after trying them on. They definitely run small and narrow. I run a bread route for a living and I'm in and out of restaurants all day. The grip on the shoe is excellent and I was able to move right through water and grease with no problem. The other problem I have is they do not ventilate at all. My socks were soak and wet all day and finally after a few days I stopped using them. New balance needs to work on the design and I'll buy these again. I ended up purchasing a pair of all black hiking boots from NB, but they're not non slip.

Runs really small. I'm a 10.5 in most NB. i needed 11W in these. Non slip was super hard to begin. Needed some scuffing up. I've had them for 6 months. The nonslip has warn out. The toes have curled. I needed a new insole 3 months in just to extend their life. Don't buy. Waste of money.

This shoe ran small and wasn't comfortable at all. I tried it on immediately after a long walk in my NB Cypher Runs, and it felt like going from soft foam to concrete. Great looking shoe, but not the gal for me.

I was always a 16 2E in all NB shoes, now 16 4E is too narrow. Luckily I still have my pair of minimus 20v4 I bought years ago. I wish I had bought multiple pairs at the time. new balance, what happened??

This is second time i write the review i Bought this shoe last year , i fell on ice and i have ankle fracture .

Within 6 months of purchase with moderate use these shoes began to fall apart. The tread of the shoe is coming unglued and NB believes this to be normal. Not worth the $. Find another brand.

I have two pair of 860v8, size 10- 2E. They fit fine for regular wear. I wanted a pair for relaxing in that would be very comfortable with the fresh foam. So I ordered 10.5 - 4E. When they arrived I was surprised to see that although they were marked correctly, they were shorter and about two sizes narrower. I've already sent them back.

Something wrong happens with NB, Previously i ordered size 9 and it was large. now I ordered 8.5 size and it runs small for me, feeling very uncomfortable. Can not understand what size to get.

The shoe runs small and is not the most comfortable I would not ever buy this shoe and considering I own at least four other pairs of new balance shoes. This shoe by far I am extremely disappointed with and would never recommend to anyone.

Great looking shoes. Went to a party to break these in. After 3 hours my feet were killing me. Not sure how others rate these so highly as comfortable. I will be returning this pair of shoes.
