Worse than barefoot; I don't understand why dads everywhere like this brand. Zappos' website suggested that I get a size 8 because that's what I wear in asics, but that turned out to be a terrible mistake. I immediately exchanged for a size 8.5 and that process went incredibly smoothly, but I didn't realize that they were still too small! After working in them for a week now I can say definitively that these shoes run a full size smaller than asics. They seem a little narrow, too.
Also, I thought New Balance shoes were supposed to be comfortable?? Isn't that why middle-aged people are always wearing them?? Anyway, these are in no way comparable to my asics Kayano 14s. Those actually add something when I wear them (comfort and support). These shoes are honestly worse than going barefoot. I'll have to get some aftermarket insoles, and hope they don't add any internal bulk to these already cramped shoes.
If anyone from asics is reading this, please make some slip-resistant work shoes!

Way smaller then expected and zapppos wanted to charge me more then I paid to exchange them for a bigger size. Oh and the delivery was 2 days past expected date.

Actually I sent my New Balance shoes back by UPS. I haven't received a credit yet. I would like to exchange my credit for a different pair. The New Balance shoes didn't fit right.

the shoe was suppose to be for work but the left shoe is one size smaller than the right shoe . neither one fit correctly sent them back. all i order id new balance shoes. this was the first major screw up i have had. hopefully you will have the size i need in the futher. as of today you are out of my size

They look awesome, the cushion inside seems like it would be great. I ordered them as Physical Training shoes but I can't even get them on my feet. Too small.

They were too small. I returned one then asked an received a mailing label to send them back to exchange for a pair of size 12, extra wide. What happened? Did you lose somethine? Please contact me immediately, and more important, please send the size 12 extra wides! Is there a problem? You guys are supposed to be great! I've paid enough money!!!
