I used the recommended sizing. I ordered 2 sizes, 1 pair in the size and width recommended and a 2nd pair 1/2 size larger. Both pairs are way too narrow. Disappointed

I would love to write a glowing review; however I placed my order on 12/30/2023 and never received an email with an order number, yet there wasn't an issue with charging my card. I called CS with no help. Only told I would get an email and call. Still no follow up as to where my order is.

After not much use 4 studs in the heel start to show through and feels like you have grit stuck inside. By far the most uncomfortable unusable boots I've ever owned.

Considering that you sent me the wrong boots and have never sent me the correct ones or credited me my money back even after I sent you the boots back. You've also never responded to texts or emails or social media posts. And forget about the phone, after 2.5 hours of being in hold I gave up. I was a first time customer and a last time customer . You are by far the worst company I've ever dealt with

I ordered a 5 1/2. Too big. You don't have a 5. But other than that I liked them and returned them

I got these boots from a 3rd party I loved color and style. When I received boots they had a few stains and Scuffed so when I told company they gave me 25.00 Refund I agreed but when I tried cleaning the stain spread. I followed cleaning instructions on your website. For boots being waterproof this shouldn't have happened so to make story short im stuck with boots Ill never wear . Ariat I thought sold good product

I bought these boots 1 year ago and would NOT recommend. 7 months in to wearing the boots the outer leather began to peel away from the sole until the main pad of the sole peeled off the bottom making them unwearable. I therefore only had 8 months use out of these boots as I had owned them for a while before beginning to wear them. I sent them back to the retailer where I purchased them and they would not exchange or refund due to be being just out of my 1 years warranty. Not happy at all.

They boots are really uncomfortable. The sole is really hard and they rub at your heel. Even with a thick pair of socks and a heel cover they still hurt my heel! They are an expensive pair of boots but they feel really cheap when you are walking in them. My advice is to avoid.

I need to return the boots because of 'not quite right' fit. I LOVE Ariat boots. HOWEVER, I have been trying since Dec 23 to get a return label : one phone call, many online requests, one specific request via chat. No response whatsoever. So, they get a NO - only because of the worst customer service ever.

How can a great shoe/boot maker make a crap boot? I did not think it was possible until I bought these. I should have returned them as I will never wear them. Do not buy these boots. They are uncomfortable & do not fit like an Ariat boot should! These are crap!!!!
