The omni layer inside the coat makes it a little stiff but it's fine. I haven't worn it yet but believe it will keep out the cold. I wear a medium and purchased a medium. It was fine and I didn't want to wear a sweater under this coat.

I ordered this coat in a medium and large because I wasn't sure which would fit best. I ended up keeping the medium, it's a little tighter in the shoulders than I would like, but I liked the overall fit better than the large. Only giving 4 stars because I shouldn't have to pay to return items

I love the jacket. Like the other reviews, it's not enough for super cold weather but good enough for California "cold". I only wish there was a petite version as the waistline is made for someone taller than me.

Love the coat, fits well if you have a pear shape though do not like the inside of the jacket is gold

I own the same jacket, but from a few years ago. I like the old one much better because the lining is smooth, not fluffy. When you have the hood up on this new one and zippered all the way up, your breath condenses and wets the fluffy lining. That said, the jacket is still warm and I recommend their products.

I had an older version of the long omni heat jacket in a size Large that was getting a bit tight around my hips so i ordered this one in an XL but not feeling very opptomistic but it fits so much better than the previous version. The hip area is much roomier and more comfortable. Would recommend trying if you are pear-shaped or hourglass and normally have to size up or wear a shorter cut.

The only thing I don't like is the zipper is kind of whimpy. I think it should have a heavier duty zipper. Other than that, I like the coat.

I like this coat. It keeps me warm as advertised. Considering the cost of the coat, I do think that Columbia designers could have put more features such as a bungee in the hood to hold it down when the hood is on your head and pockets actually big enough to hold something besides your hands, a deep drop pocket on the inside to slip your cell phone. Fashion wise....nice coat. Functionality is lacking.

I live in Nebraska where it gets very windy and cold. This coat keeps me so warm and does a fantastic job blocking the wind. It is also very lightweight, easy to drive in.

I am pleased with the jacket quality, and color. I am pearshaped and normally wear an XL, however XXL was strangely perfect. The delivery took a little longer than expected but the jacket arrived just in time for a serious cold snap, 9-12 degrees.

Great fit and quality. Our family has purchased several Columbia wear over the years and will continue to do so.I returned this particular jacket because of the color. It was too beige, I was hoping for a more white color. I had purchased it online.

Runs very small. I normally wear a small but like to size up my coats so I can layer up. The medium barely zipped over my chest and as binding in the shoulders. I am 5'4" and 130 lbs with a 34DD chest. The large is great though

Great winter coat...my wife loves it. Its her second Columbia coat in two years. There doing something right!

I bought this jacket about 8 years ago and I'm still wearing it to this day. Very light weight which I love and it keeps me so warm! I went to purchase another one one size, as the one I have now is a little snug, but the coat is a little too shiny for my liking. If it was more matte, I would be keeping it. Other than the color, it would be 5 stars from me! Although I would love if the hood was adjustable or more snug. It usually blows off my head in the wind.

Columbia always meets dishes up quality and cute styles. However this one only got a 4 star review because the flattering lines from the front on this coat did a complete change on the backside, running from side to side and making one look much larger than they truly should! The front was so flattering too...sadly I returned this for a refund. Also, I'm not a fan of hoods that can't be removed.

I love the color of this jacket and it is very warm!!! The Omni heat aspect really insulates well. Exactly what I was looking for. I typically wear a small, bought a medium as other reviewers said it they ran small. I returned it and bought a small instead and it fits perfectly even with an extra layer underneath. The only reason for 4 stars- the sleeves are a bit longer than I would like, but tolerable! This is an excellent winter jacket!!

Nice jacket, keeps thr wind out, but do buy a size up from what you normally wear

The Omni-Heat Infinity is pretty impressive - it is very warm. As seen in the model picture, the jacket has a thumb-hole sleeve which is great for keeping the air out. Unfortnately I had two main issues with this jacket: 1. The hourglass fit is quite exaggerated. The jacket fit well around my chest (36DD) and waist, but the jacket was overexaggerated around the hips. There was way too much room there. However, if you have large hips or a large booty, then this will fit you quite well! 2. The fit of the hood is not good. It is large and awkward and I don't think it would stay on when walking around, especially not on a windy day. I have seen other people count the hood as a pro, so this could just be a me problem.

This is a beautiful jacket! The inside of the hood is so cozy, and I love the soft thumbhole cuffs. I'm 5'9" and 120 pounds, and I got a small. It fits, but it's a little snug across the chest/armpits. I can wear a sweatshirt under it without a problem, but I couldn't add a thick sweater. My measurements fall right in the size chart for a small, and I have several other Columbia jackets in a small. The reason I took off one star is because of the cut. Like the reviewer from Canada said, this jacket would be better with a straighter cut. The waist is a little pronounced. Based on the measurements, I was worried it would be snug around my hips, but it's cut wider over the hips. I was not expecting it to be tight across the chest. If you're on the fence about sizing, I'd probably go up a size.

Great jacket for teenage daughter. The hand coverings proved to be extremely helpful for windy mornings at bus stop. She can also fold it into her backpack for convenience. One downside is that jacket doesn't have a way to secure the hood around the head, which causes it to slip back when walking. Great platform so far.

I wanted a coat W/O feathers I have had my share of those feathers I will have to come back after I wear my coat to give the best review but I believe it's going to be a 5 star

Love the color but very disappointed that it is too tight in the shoulders and under the arms.

Plastic in the inside is cold. Does not keep warm in 20 and below weather.

I love it but I wish whom ever designed this that able to take on and off for hootie will be 5star!
