Love my old Out N Abouts which are my most comfortable boots but these are just uncomfortable and hard to wear. I tried so very hard to like them but nope I am returning them and will have to find new duck boots since Sorel ruined a perfect shoe.

This shoe had zero support. It was like putting a piece of plywood on your foot. Very disappointed considering my first pair of Sorel I purchased over 25 years ago and I still have! Will not purchase online again. I had to pay for shipping to return. Needless to say, very disappointed and will definitely look at other brands first.

Was excited to get this pair. Basically buy a new pair almost every year. The sole started coming off after 3 weeks off use. Contacted Sorel and they asked me to send it back for warranty claim but they want me to pay for shipping? Why do I have to pay for shipping when it is clearly a craftsmanship issue? Do better sorel. Take care of your customers better.

I adore the colors and style of this boot, however the platform sole is quite disappointing. The thick sole and it's shape doesn't let your foot naturally rock from heel to toe. It also felt super clumsy on in the house which made me afraid of how terribly they'd perform in the elements, snow, ice, and rain. I'm saddened that Sorel messed with this classic style. I am returning these and instead searching for new boots for next year.

The tongue doesn't sit well for me. Seams bulge out and doesn't seem like it would be waterproof higher than the top of your foot.

I love the look of these boots however they hurt my feet terribly. I've bought 2 pairs of sorel shoes and can honestly say they have helped with my leg pain. Naturally I thought these boots would do the same. I wore them 3 times and each time the ball of my feet were so sore that I had to limit my walking.

I really like the look and fit. My complaint is that the back heal started squeaking every step after only wearing them a few times. I would like them replaced with a non squeaky pair

Disappointing. One boot had obviously been tried on multiple times and showed wear and scuffs. Contacted and customer service was less than desirable. Won't buy their products again.

Fell apart within 2 weeks of wear. I love these boots. This is the second pair that have come unglued where the rubber meets the suede. Sorel needs to get this right.

Unfortunately these are uncomfortable & actually hurt the top of my foot regardless of socks or how loose or tight I tie them. Not made for long distances

I am very dissatisfied, 10 days after I bought it for my son, they broke. I collected this money for a very long time.

I originally gave these boots a good review until I hiked in them. They are the most stiff uncomfortable boots I have ever worn. They should have a liner, they feel like a boot that had the liner removed and your feet are in a cold bare shoe. I went on a simple hike on a trail with very little snow, they have no tread and it was slippery coming down the hill. My feet got cold and they have no support. If you are only using them to walk from your car to a store or your house they are just ok. They need a liner with support and fleece or wool. I would return them if I could.

The rubber is coming/peeling off the outer soul. They are not even a month old!

Ordered Sz 10, my normal boot size and every step, my foot slide forward and my toes were touching the tip of the boot. If I got a size up, my feet would be swimming even more. Disappointed because they're so cute.

They are very cute but my heels are absolutely killing me after wearing 2x, each for a 10 min walk

Very disappointed wanted to love them. They have such a weird feel to them. Really uncomfortable right when you put them on. Just so surprising for Sorel. I have multiple pairs and they are all so comfortable. Not this pair. So sad!

I sadly really don't like this boot. The length runs small but then is falling off at the ankle/shin. No foot support and I can't tighten them enough without the tongue digging into my leg. They're cute but I am so sad I bought them.

I got these as a Christmas gift last year knowing I was moving further north the following fall. This is my first winter with these boots and they are not warm at all. :( My feet become cold after a few steps outside, even with wearing wool socks. and it's only December. My feet felt wet even though they are not. Worse yet, they keep the cold in, so even after coming inside, I need to take these boots off for them to warm, it's better without them. I know these are more casual, and I use them that way, but they aren't even good for running errands in the winter. I didn't think it was possible for boots this expensive to be this poor quality. Wish I could return them, disappointed so much money was spent on them. The tongue leaves gaps on the side that don't lock in heat. The only pros I've got is that they are waterproof like they claim, they clean up well and they are cute with skinny jeans/joggers/leggings, but they aren't not worth the price. I'm not normally critical, but I wouldn't want anyone to expect these to be good for a casual winter shoe.

They were delivered late, the whole package, including the shoes, reeked of cigarette smoke, and they're uncomfortable. I don't recommend these at all. Super disappointing.

I have had these boots for a few weeks now and wore them a handful of times. I am so disappointed that they are falling apart already. There is a hole between the black part of the toe and the white part of the shoe that has opened. If it were to rain, sleet or snow, my foot could get wet. I am wondering if I just got a defective shoe or if these shoes weren't made well for the price I paid. I would like Sorel to send me a new pair of boots.

I miss the old Out N About Boots - these ones just aren't the same quality, fit, style, etc.
