Love the shoe. Very comfortable and stylish. Fits TTS. After only a few wears the leather loop in the back meant to pull the shoe on with us torn.

I was super disappointed when I got these for Christmas. I wear a 12 in every shoe/boot but these seem to be a half size too small. Love the color but super sad about the sizing. If only there was a women's 13 option!

I love the product but they were not comfortable so I had to return them

The back strap broke in a month and they won't do anything for me. The ones I have are sold out and they want me to send them back first. It's the middle of winter and they should replace them

I have bought a pair of the out and about boots every year for the last few years. They have been perfect for my needs and I have loved them.
I am sadly not buying a pair this year because they redesigned to this hideous design. I will take my business elsewhere.

I'm sad to return these. I like the style, but there was no arch support. I tried to solve that issue with inserts, but then found the loop holders rubbed on my foot, plus the ankle hold rubbed against my ankle bone. Ugh, the search continues for a high top walking shoe.

A loop that the shoelace threads through broke after a couple weeks of wearing the shoes. Other than that they were my go to shoes for running around town. I'm a 7.5 , but 8 was perfect size for me

I really, really wanted to like these shoes. I bought an 8.5 (I have 3 other Sorel boots in 8.5) but these just felt too small -- but I think a 9 would've been too big. I wore them around the house for a day to make sure they fit before deciding to keep them (I actually ended up returning). I think the 8.5 felt too small, the ties are rounded and do not stay tied, heel slips out, and the toe spring is HORRIBLE. After wearing them for a day, I honestly felt my body becoming achey and uncomfortable. I would not recommend these shoes.

They are cute but I don't know how to describe the fit. I saw a lot of suggestions for going up 1/2 a size with this brand, so I bought one style in my usual size (it fit fine) and this style in a 1/2 size larger. The boot is simultaneous too big and too small . . . The toe box seems overly rounded to the point that your big toe would be hitting it no matter what. Cute, but I'm sending them back-I don't think going down to my usual size would be any better.

Where has the quality gone? Only have had these boots for 3 months, they are falling apart. The rubber is coming apart on the toes of both boots. Had a previous version of these boots that lasted a year. Definitely, not as comfortable as the older version.

Terrible shoes. They never fit well from the beginning. Feels like my feet are sloshing around. I have had them just over a year and the soles are peeling away. I will have to throw them out.

Each boot had obvious signs of wear with scratches on the sides. Sorel box was pretty beat up, but Zappos box was in decent condition.

Worn only twice and my right boot came apart from the front where it attaches from the rubber. Dick's won't exchange or refund. After reading reviews, seems like this is common. Not good and expensive.

Was so looking forward to this purchase. I ordered a size 9. They arrived and the box said size 9. I packed the boots for a football game out of town without trying them on. When I dressed for the game and put on the boots, they fit snug/tight. I looked at the inside label and the size was 8.5. Had no choice but to wear them to the game. Very disappointed.! This was my first time ordering from Zappos and might be the last.

These boots are sized about a 1/2 size small. Every other shoe I own is a size 10. I ordered/received a size 10 and it hurts to put on. The tip of my toe presses on the front and the tongue is so uncomfortable on the top of my foot. And now I find out I need to pay to return them. I've never had a retailer charge to return a product due to a size problem. And because of that I'm not going to order a 1/2 size bigger, because if they're too big I need to pay to return those too. I'm so disappointed. I was really excited to get these boots. I'll just try another company.

I ordered my size but these dont fit right. feels too small. Maybe order half size up?
I have other styles of Sorels in my size that are comfy. These do not fit the same way.
