I was super excited about these boots but the edges started peeling away from the shoe after just a couple of wears. I sent them back since they were under warranty and was told that Sorel could not fix them. They gave me a credit for the shoes but didn't reimburse me the $12 in shipping charges I incurred. I feel as though the quality of Sorel's products and their customer service is slipping which is really unfortunate.

After wearing these shoes for less than a month, there were pieces missing from the sole of the shoe and the sides of the shoe were separating from the toe. I was able to send them in and get a replacement. Unfortunately, the same thing is happening to the new pair as well. The shoes are so cute but I bought these because they are supposed to be waterproof. I can only imagine that they will not be waterproof for much longer as the holes on the sides of the shoes get bigger. So disappointing, especially since I can no longer return/get them replaced.

Boots are great but theyre not accurate on sizing. Very upsetting because now they dont have my size

Poor quality, not very comfortable. Seem to be cheaply Made and has very little arch support

I would love to review the boots, but instead have to review the shipping. Box started with UPS and was handed over to USPS who left the boots outside our APARTMENT BUILDING on the sidewalk. The boots were propmtly stolen and I have since found out that the shipments are not insured, nice job SOREL. Merry Chistmas :(

Great boots but laces tore apart within a handfull of wears. Reached out to Sorel and they can't replace them. Finding a replacement for the taupe/black boots are impossible.

I have 3 pair of these boots and love them! I live in the Northwest and they are great for any kind of weather. Theyre so versatile to wear around town for errands, for a day walk/hike and a casual evening out. I order a half size up and they fit perfect. My only complaint is the last pair I got in the dove-jet, the wooly grey is sparkly, which I dont love, but will probably keep them anyway.

These boots do NOT run true to size in my experience. I have a narrow foot and high arch. I wear 9.5 in nearly all shoes and several other Sorel boots. The 9.5 squished my big toe with bare feet, so I didnt bother trying them on with socks. Too bad they are sold out in the next size Id like to try, AND charge for returns AND dont do exchanges so I will not be purchasing again directly from the site. Boo.

I've purchased these boots every year for the last three years because I love the design, but I've finally given up on them. The last pair I purchased (a month ago) started leaking water within a few weeks - the sole and footbed came apart. I only wore them for light city walking - nothing that would cause significant wear to the boot. Now I have to wait 46 weeks for my warranty claim to be processed, and the best Sorel offers is store credit (meaning that if I want to purchase replacement winter boots from Sorel, I have to wait 46 weeks to do so... in the middle of winter). The other times I've ordered these boots, they've started coming apart within a year, and I just can't justify continually dropping $100+ on new winter boots. For the price, they really should hold up longer than 68 months. Super disappointing, and unfortunately I can't recommend this boot to anyone looking to invest in quality winter footwear.

Boot was not as pictured. Was Grey and black with wool panel instead of black and white with patent panel. This happened twice. Customer care did nothing.

Beware!! I ordered these within plenty of time for my trip (3 weeks) and they never showed. Then, they told me if for some reason they ever were deliveredsince I had to by another pair of boots for my tripand I wanted to return them, they would send me a return label and I could pay to send them back. Oh, gee, thanks!

I am the 3rd person to review that the website image does not match the product I received. I ordered the Black/Sea Salt boots that are pictured in a Black Patent Leather with a white sole. The boots I received are a gray fleece with a black toe and gray & white soles. This is not a fluke, as other have commented and had the same issue. After reseraching this boot style and color it appears that the boot I received is correctly named and Sorel is just displaying a different image of the boot. I REALLY want the boots that are in the picture on the website, but was unsuccessful at finding out what in fact this color way is called. The representative gave me the name of the color he said was it, except when I look at the website that was wrong too. I would love to purchase the boots that are shown on the website!! Instead I will be sending back the boots I received since they are not what I thought I was purchasing! Please correct your website so that customers aren't disappointed with their purchase thinking they are getting something they aren't. You don't even have this product to offer!!

I bought these shoes 8/22/22 used for one winter season. The toe is releasing from the shoe. I tried to reach out for the warranty. Its only good for a year from purchase. I would expect to wear these for more than one winter season.

I needed something not as heavy as my other brand but with great traction for northern WI winters. Very disappointed in this boot. Comfort is okay - too roomy for my foot - but they are easy to get on and off. The traction is terrible on any slick surface. Ill only wear these minimally whe. Its safe to do so. Back on the hunt again.

These are fun boots, great color choices, but not true to size.

These are definitely a little different from the first pair I purchased in 2022 . the fit and overall feel is not as before..the tongue is awkward as to how it dips down into the shoes when you tie the lace and I dont know if its because the tongue feels stiffer and the length is shorter than my previous pair of Out N about III . So may end up returning due to the tongue will be down further in the shoe if you wear them throughout your day I did read a previous review prior to purchasing this pair and I shouldve taken it into account..I hope Sorel changes the way the tongue looks or the height

These boots seem well made and look good, but they run small. I wear a 9, received a 9, but my toes touch the front of the boot.

These are cute but run small and are stiff. Had to return and pay $6 to send them back.

Purchased two pairs of these boots in the Black Sea Salt. Per the photos of this color, theyre black with a white sole. What we received were black/gray with dark gray/light gray sole. Wrong photos and video listed on the site?
