After 2 months, top seal of boot is pulling apart. Can send in to Sorel for possible repair. You have to pay for shipping and 4-6 week turn around. No guarantee they can even repair. Not worth it. Will not be buying again!

These are very cute and stylish, but they are absolute garbage. I purchased my first pair from REI only to have the glue completely fail and the soles came apart. My feet eventually started getting wet. So, I returned them and REI asked no questions, but they didn't have my size to replace them. So, I found my size on Amazon and replaced them with a second pair, thinking I'd been sold a faulty pair on the first go around. That was at the end of last winter, so I didn't start wear them until this year. Now, within only a few months, the same thing happened with the second pair. Sorel will not warranty them, becasue my purchase date is only two weeks beyond a year (it's worth noting these are winter boots, so I didn't wear them this past summer, obviously). So, now I am stuck with a second pair of absolute garbage. Buyer beware: This is a faulty product and you may want to find something made with more quality, or purchase from a company willing to own it when their product has problems.

First let me say, I love Sorel, I have many boots and wear a few heavily and have had no wear issues. However, these boots have only been worn only casually and after 2 years have significant cracking. Nothing can be done per customer service and they suggested a third party repair service. This is a frustrating stance when I returned to warn others other to see this is not a unique experience with these boots. Theyre definitely not up to the standards of the other boots I wear heavily or even those of my kids. Truly disappointed as these are cute and were functional though for way too short a time for the limited use and cost spent.

I bought the OUT N ABOUT III CLASSIC WOMEN'S WATERPROOF BOOT in November 2023. In January 2024 the part around the toes are unglued. I cant' wear them when its raining anymore or my feet will get soaked. Gets 2 stars for comfort. I do not recommend this product.

Waterproof is great, shoes are not comfortable. Needs more cushioning on the sole, its almost like walking barefoot.

Boots look great and are comfortable, BUT. The rubber came unglued and the soles wore out after one season of use. For the cost of these boots, really should havent to have that be the case. Also note they run about 1/2 size small.

Worn only twice and my right boot came apart from the front where it attaches from the rubber. Dicks wont exchange or refund. After reading reviews, seems like this is common. Not good and expensive.

They are great! Portland gets a lot of rain, and now my feet are cute and dry.

These boots are sized about a 1/2 size small. Every other shoe I own is a size 10. I ordered/received a size 10 and it hurts to put on. The tip of my toe presses on the front and the tongue is so uncomfortable on the top of my foot. And now I find out I need to pay to return them. I've never had a retailer charge to return a product due to a size problem. And because of that I'm not going to order a 1/2 size bigger, because if they're too big I need to pay to return those too. I'm so disappointed. I was really excited to get these boots. I'll just try another company.

I have Sorel sandals, shoes, boots. The sizing inconsistencies are disconcerting. I have 3 pairs of boots and all are different sizes. Sandals are a different size than boots. Why?

I absolutely LOVE these shoes. I am a size 8, ordered an 8.5 and they are perfect with either high socks or ankle socks. Ive worn these in the rainy weather in Chicago and they have barely gotten dirty. Lastly, they are super fashionable. I can wear this with jeans, warm winter black or tan coat, or when I bring out my orange jacket for the rainy weather time.

Glue didnt hold and split at big toe. I bought these in December and by the end of January the glue had already come apart.

These boots did not last for more than 15 months with light use and the company would not stand by their product since their warranty only lasts 1 year. The boot had a craftsmanship issue with the top black portion separating from the base at the toe box creating a hole that I couldn't self fix. They offered 20% off with much negation and talking with multiple representatives; however, should have stood by the quality of their product and replaced them. Not impressed and will be shopping elsewhere for good quality, waterproof shoes.

I was looking for a winterish boot that would keep my feet warm and dry, especially during soccer season. These unfortunately started coming apart after only one wear. Im glad I didnt pay full price for these, but even on sale theyre too expensive to be so cheap. I did follow the advice of other reviewers and sized up a half size, but they still do fit kind of weird. Cute though.

Ordered my normal size 9 and these were way too small. At first I thought I accidentally ordered the youth ones but nope, they were women's. Sent them back right away

These boots run a half size small. Also if I decide to reorder I also need room for an orthotic bc theres totally no support. Not sure if the price is worth it.

I wear/ have many Sorels. These are very small and the leather kind of digs into your foot. I don't want to go through the return process, so I'm crossing my fingers that they break in, and get a little looser.

The boots looked beautiful. I really wanted a lighter snow boot more for rain and light snow. These fit the bill. I have worn them maybe 5 times and theybare AWFUL. Not only are they not waterproof as advertised but the sole is voming off in the front and in the back. I wore them out in the snow and my feet got cold and soaked. To make it worse they are looking very poor as the base and sole is popping off in multiple places. This makes them unacceptable to wear even on a non wet day. Save your money don't buy these. Highly disappointed!

I am giving these boots three stars because I love the style. Unfortunately they are falling apart and are not warm at all. The rubber around the toe is pulling away from the shoe leaving the inner toe exposed. This is happening to both boots and all the way around the toe box. I received these as a Christmas gift from my husband last year and they started pulling right away and has just gotten worse. I am a loyal Sorel shopper and have many of this brands shoes and these just are disappointing.
