The cushion on the side feels uncomfortable, and the material of the shoes feels cheap.

I had to return the shoes just not wide enough for my feet. I am awaiting reimbursement that I hope is processed immediately. Thank you

Returned the product. I have only worn New balance but this style was too difficult to it on

They run small and they looked cheaply made

Unfortunately, I had to return the shoes because the back of the shoe was too flimsy. It kept falling in every time I tried to put the shoe on, so I just went ahead and return them

I ordered thinking it would be an all white shoe but the back of the shoe is an off putting yellowish color.

Narrow order wide and was too narrow.

I can't easily get my foot into them and the sole doesn't seem very thick. I want to return them and get some shoes like my current New Balance.

The tongue is sewn to the side. It cannot be lifted up as normal. This makes it hard to get into.

I'm using these for work. I ordered a half size up and even then I still think I could go another 1/2 to a full size up. They are comfortable but definitely order up. I figured wearing them for a week they would stretch out but they haven't.

Model was way to narrow and I normally use D width

My orthopedic suggested fresh foam extra wide. I ordered Width D in 41.5 European (my usual size). I returned them. They were narrower than my Width B shoes. No more ordering online. Such a hassle to return from a military base in Europe. Oy!

they were nice for a week then the sole wasnt comfortable. i will return to my 608 and not try a different shoe.

Not happy. It's a nice looking shoe and initially feels comfortable when you first wear it. After an hour both of my feet were in pain.

I purchased wide size and the ankle fit was way too tight. On the narrow side also being sized wide. Overall I do not recommend be a use of the ankle - the fit is just too tight and very uncomfortable.

I tried to find a new pair of the original shoe I've been wearing as I need a backup pair. The new pair is the closest I could find, I have since returned them. The pair I currently have is the only shoes I can wear when out and about due to lower leg and feet neuropathy. I will attempt to speak to someone at NB to help me find a replacement that works AFTER my refund for the return occurs. I will add why I returned the shoes: the material hard and not as flexible as the ones I'm wearing and the space to insert the foot is tighter. I might add, the labels inside the old pair I'm wearing doesn't match which I found weird.

I have a pair of cruz that I love. They are gray and black knit slip ons and I am constantly getting compliments on them. I returned the cruz reissue because they were to hard to get on.

Too tight, VERY small opening even when I ordered WIDE.

I bought shoes with a D width but these ran narrow. Also, the opening for your ankle is VERY tight. These are not meant for people with wide feet and larger ankles. I even bought a half size bigger. I wore the shoes before realizing the issues so I can't return them. I would love to return them.

This is a slip on not a lace up - no give! The collar is tight, not much room to fit foot through. I choose NB for the wide width - this shoe does not work for me!

Bought this shoe after being told it is the new model of the V10. No arch stability - my plantar fascitis flared terribly. Not at all like the V10.

I tried to get my foot in the shoe and was unable to, There was no give whatsoever. I was not happy so I returned them right away. Very easy process though and I am awaiting a different pair.
