Run small too tight i wore them 1 day and they made my foot hurt for a week.

Size 7. Disappointed i usually but the NERGIZE shoes and have for about 3 years. I love them but wanted to try something new, so i tried this Fresh foam cruz and it is a huge let down. Not as comfortable, chaffs my back off foot when i run, difficult to get on, less arch support, firmer, less comfortable. It's an okay shoe for walking, but not the best from NB and not the style I'd choose for a "just walking" shoe. I bought it for running and it feels super weird for a running shoe. I wish i could return, but oh well love and learn.

Purchased these to use on vacation. I read the reviews to order 1/2 up, which I did. I normally wear a 11b, but order 12b. If you have a high arch they are difficult to put on as the tongue of shoe is sewed to the shoe and they are tight only across the tongue area. If i had known about the high arch and tight across the tongue of shoe I would of ordered a 12w. Did not notice these are nonrefundable, now stuck with a expensive shoe I can't wear.

I was really excited about these shoes but unfortunately I ended up returning them. They weren't comfortable at all

Comfortable, short in length and after a whole day my big toes hurt. I purchased my size. The old version fit better and was more comfortable. These are also impossible to put on. Takes way to much effort for the price and the style.

This item fit very poorly especially in the heel where there were cushions on both sides of the heel that were uncomfortable. I returned the item and am still waiting for my refund.

So sad because I love my original Fresh Foam shoes but these are super uncomfortable. There is a strange bar at the heel (kind of in the place of a back strap on a sandal) that is so uncomfortable. It digs into my heel and causes my foot to press forward further into the shoe. Because of that, my toes get crammed at the end and my toes, heel and top of my foot are all super sore after just a few hours. I wore these for a few days hoping to break them in, so I don't think there's a chance to return them now, but I'm very sad that these aren't working for me. I ordered the same size as my previous Fresh Foam shoes and double checked the wide width.. but these are just constructed differently and not working for me. The sole of the shoe is very comfortable though and the look is nice, just not a good fit for me.

The shoe is very narrow and hard to get on! I will need to exchange or either a wide or a larger side.

I was looking for a pair of sneakers to slip on without opening the laces. I have had many knee surgeries and I can't bend to tie laces. These fit very well on my good leg, but they are impossible to slip the foot into. The opening is much too small.

I ordered this shoe in a wide and they are so tight I can barely even get the shoes on. I will not trust NB in the future when they claim they have a shoe in a wide size. This is the only shoe company that I have had this issue.

I am a size 8 in most of my shoes and the shoes have a cushion in the back ankle part that make your foot, lean forward so my toes hit the front of the shoe. This made it uncomfortable to wear and it never said that it had that back cushion part in the details online. I would not recommend these shoes, just for that reason, i feel like maybe they thought that by including that part in the shoe it would make it comfortable, but truth is your foot will be pushed forward so you will need a bigger size, which I do not recommend. They are cute and felt comfortable at the bottom which is why I gave them 3 stars, but overall I had to return.

These are good looking and fit my foot but tight around the ankle. I returned them.

These run small IMO. You definitely can't just slip your foot into them. The back collapses really easily and even when the shoe is on, it doesn't allow your foot to rest in the very back of the show. They're cute on but the fit makes them a little annoying.

Hi received them and liked the look until I tried to get them on, even with a shoe horn I had difficulty!! Good looking but not practical for me. Returned them but have not been credited yet!

Sole was weird at toe even at a half size bigger, I could feel the ground when I stepped forward! Returned ALL 3 pairs! Top material is also much too soft!

There is no support, the shoe runs small and I cannot run in them for a second. Very disappointed

They need to stop with the trend of making the shoes fit improperly. An 8 should fit like an 8. I've always been an 8 and never had a problem with new balance. Won't be buying again because I'm sick of returning them.

I tried to get these shoes, but my size didn't fit. They weren't stretchy enough for to get my foot in.

These shoes are beautiful, but they hurt my feet. They squish my toe. I wish the toe area was wider and higher. I got the size wide shoe. I wish they fit well.

Has an added inner cushion that wasn't there in previous pairs. Requires me to go up a size

The tongue is fastened to the body of the shoe. That made it impossible for me to get my short fat foot with a high arch and a high instep in to the shoe.

I got them as lifestyle kinda shoe but unfortunately they are tight and can't return due to the fact that I had to ship them internationally, now they are just sitting there
