Shoes are very comfortable on your feet and heel but the top part runs high and is very tight.

I bought these shoes for comfort walking around all day and for the cute look. I ordered a wide but they're extremely narrow and tight. They're hard to pull on because of the tall heel back and the sock-like fit. This is my first pair of New Balance shoes that isn't comfortable.

I love the look of this shoe and the support is adequate - but it feels unusually small. It is ok if I am not wearing socks, but it feels like my toes are hitting the end of the shoe. If I wear socks, it feels like my toes are curling under.

Shoe size runs small. I ordered a 7, my toes felt like they were curling under. Gave to a friend that wears a 6, fits her perfect.

I have loved the Fresh Foam Cruz shoes for years now but it looks like NB has discontinued the product. I was excited to see this reissue on the NB site but they are not the same shoe, unfortunately. The wide size is not as wide as the originals and they don't fit as well. The originals were great as a relatively flat and wide option for people that are looking for a minimalist shoe. The reissues seem like they offer more of a cushion, which is not great for all foot types.

Shoe is very comfortable to wear. Fabric is very soft. But these shoes are really difficult to get on. The design of the opening og the shoe is too stiff!!

This is my third pair of new balances. My first pair (still going) we're 574s, second pair (fresh foam roav) wore holes near the toes, so I bought these to replace them. They are holding up so far but super uncomfortable compared to the first two shoes. I didn't feel like I had to "break in" the other two. That being said, they are cute and I'm hoping they'll become more comfortable.

I really wanted to love these exercise shoes! I've always needed a Wide shoe. This shoe was marked as Wide ("D") but neither felt nor looked wide. Had to send back . . ..

I enjoy the fit of the shoe, but the sole of a shoe/Insert that comes with the shoe is basically paperthin

I love new balances, but these are so tight they cut the circulation off the arch of my feet. I am a true 7 and I wear 7s in all my NB shoes but these felt insanely too tight.

I wanted these for everyday comfort. I got them wide specifically so I wouldn't have problems with fitting. Sadly they are so tight they hurt my feet, and I had that there's not a return policy if not happy with the order.

Shoes are not comfortable needs more insole padding like the ads suggest that new balance have to be a good walking shoe

Compared to the original V1 or even the V2 (both of which I really loved), these are tighter, stiffer, and more narrow in the toe bed. You can't slip them on and off as easily, and the instep is not as soft and "memory-foam"-like. Perhaps this newer style is more durable and supportive, but that isn't why I buy this particular style. I don't hate them enough to return but I am very disappointed.

Love the look, but after wearing these for a few workouts, I ended up with literal cuts on the bottoms of my ankle bones from the stiffness of the mouth at the front.

I usually purchase New Balance brand, but these particular sneakers were not comfortable at all. I double checked the label for the size, but they did not feel like a 6 wide. I did return them, unfortunately.

Super comfortable but run small so definitely order size up. I had to return and order again in next size.

I was so excited buying these, I bought 2 pair and regret it big time. I bought wide and a 1/2 size bigger and they're still ridiculously hard to get on and off. Length and width is fine - but the depth is a crazy squeeze. I love New Balance, but hate these. Unfortunately, I needed to wear one pair today and sliced a tongue into them to make that possible - but will return the 2nd if able.
