I was expecting a better quality product but this doesn't look that good.

Very nice shoes, but the fit was snug. So, I returned them.

My daughter really likes this style of shoe however we didn't realize the ankle area has a raised part that is supposed to be snug on the ankle. It was uncomfortable for her and we had to return the shoes.

I was so excited to find a pr. of fun white tennis shoes in a wide width.. except they weren't. I had to return them.

So sad - I was so excited for these but they came and were about 1/2 to a full size too small

Very comfortable, and really cute, but very, very hard to get on. I have to use a shoe spoon and it's still a struggle, for some reason.

I want fits wide. But shoe wasn't. It is narrow toe very tight. I did not returned because it is pretty

Run small. I'm usually a 6.5 or 7 and ordered a 7. My toes are at the end. Not very comfortable. Can only wear them in short spurts.

I loved my original Fresh Foam Cruz shoes, but these don't feel as comfortable or supportive in the foot bed especially. My original size was 9; for these I had to size up to 9.5 wide.

I bought to work out in & run errands on the weekends. It's a cute shoe, comfy for the most part. I find after wearing them 3-4 hours a day, my feet start to feel numb towards the front. I don't have wide or narrow feet but these shoes definitely fit a narrower foot. If you carry a wide in this style i would like to exchange, if I may.

I love my new balance that I've had for years. I always buy the same pair but they have discontinued them. I purchased these and the backs are not nearly as comfortable. They pinch your heal. I also really wanted a solid black pair and these have a green hew to them.

Why did they change the style???? I loved the older version-they were soo comfortable and soft and not too tight. They were some of my Most comfortable shoes during pregnancy. This version is so tight and difficult to put on. Not a fan and so bummed because I thought I had found a perfect tennis shoe. I gave a few stars because I think the style is so cute with the leather tab and mesh. The fit is too bad though.

I want to like these. They are super comfortable to walk in, as in the footbed/cushioning. My issue is with the narrow foot opening. I ordered a wide hoping that would give me more room and the toe box is great, but the elastic around the back of the ankle and the sewn-in tongue are enough to press too tightly around my ankle. I'm going to hope they stretch after a bit since I've worn them out and can't send back. I hate the elastic back and the weird padding inside along the back of the heel. It doesn't hit me right (too low on the heel), but maybe for someone else it's just right.

I am normally a 8.5 women's wide. I ordered a 9 wide based on comments. This shoe was still so small compared to other NB sneakers I've purchased. They also just felt flimsy. Returned.

I ordered a wide. The width of the sole and shoe was fine however the shaft or the opening to put my wide foot in seemed very small as if it was not considered along with the wide width. After a few hours the small opening tighten so much I felt like it was cutting off circulation. I like the shoe, they're super cute but I can only wear them for an hour or 2.

These don't really help with my metatarsalgia But they are super cute and otherwise functional

Cute looking shoe, but narrow for a wide width. Because the tongue is sewn to the shoe it makes it harder to put on, so not being a true wide I had to send them back.

Style was nice. The shoe runs small though, so I had to return it. I normally wear a size 7 wide. I do plan on reordering a size up once my return is fully processed. Hopefully, it works out!

High back with design isn't a an easy pull on, and the sizing seems smaller than other shoes. Nearly too small though same roomy size I typically order.

Overall I really love these shoes. They have a great look. However the design squeezes the inside of my foot by the laces. Also, the choice of sock is important - make sure you have one to cover the top of your foot or the material will rub it raw. Maybe go up a size if you have a wide foot in addition to getting a wide size. I typically wear a 10 US and these felt tight. I would def purchase again but in a size up.
