I'm a roofer and wear regular vans cuz of the grip they get on the shingles. Wasn't sure what I was going to do in the winter when I needed something warmer. Then I found these! They've held up roofing for almost 2 years now! They're so comfortable, waterproof, and great grip on the shingles. They're also great for hiking.

Gift for daughter's fianc, he likes them. He wears the vans slip on shoes and needed shoes for work, these are perfect.

First of all, you need to take in account one size more than your regular size, I usually buy 11us in old school vans but for this one I got 12us to fit well

I know everyone says they have a narrow toe box. And they do, I usually wear a very wide toe, but atop complaining!! These shoes only took a few days to fully break in. I have a wide foot and really shoupd be wearing a 12.5... but Vans doesnt make them.. 13 is too big after breaking in.. So if you can bare the first 48hrs of "slightly tight" toes, youll be very satisfied! Also, I think people forget that shoes that are i sulated as well as these, tend to run tight at first, anyone remember the old snowboard boots?!?!?! AAAAAnYways.. I love em. You might too.

Such a great purchase. These are incredibly comfortable and with initial use appear to be durable. These are a huge step up in style compared to a traditional light weight hiker.

I have almost every color of the MTE and I love em all. I wear them daily to work and we work pretty tough.

Use these while riding my motorcycle, works great and I can use them at work. Much better style of high top shoe than the skate highs.

Comfortable shoe. This is my sixth pair that I've purchased.

This is my favorite shoe I've ever worn. It's a great all-around boot/shoe. Hiking biking construction work etc. Yo SVD these are tight. My 4 th pair. Started with the mte ultrarange recomended by CAB himself and these shoes.

They are so beautifully well done, as they are comfortable and that's A Lot !

Comfort right out of the box. Very versatile and light weight

Awesome tread, comfortable, stylish - however, I just wish the laces were darker so as they don't dirty as much, but they're excellent for hikes along the trail and getting in touch with your inner rock-climbing kid-self.

IMO the Ultrarange series are the best shoes that Vans makes. I've been wearing the MTEs since they were introduced and I'm loving these new ones.

Rockin these bad boys all day everyday since I got them. Great traction in the snow! Stay dry and toasty!

My son loved the boots, but as a previous review states the pictures on the website do match the color of the front of the boots, the ones sent have black not tan.Even the picture on the box they came in don't match. Vans needs to update to match the actual product sent.

These are the best shoes ever! They are comfortable to the max and warm and the lug pattern gives traction like you wouldn't believe. I'm 65 years old and Vans are my favorite shoes and these are at the top of a very long list of Vans I own or have owned. Keep up the great work guys!

I love these shoes!!! They've kept my feet cozy warm and dry in spite of all the snow and slush I have to walk through this crazy winter. The fit is perfect.
