I wear them for every day use. I like how I can wear them as an athletic sock, but also get away with them as a business casual sock. Seems like a good thickness and breathable enough to wear them year-round. I usually prefer to wear an Insulated shoe/boot when it gets cold, rather than a thick sock. They seem well made and I hope they hold-up as well as the previous versions I have owned that are similar.

These socks are perfect for runners, hikers and bikers. The ankle socks that I purchased are very comfortable and allow my feet to “breath”, in both warm and cool temperatures. Great purchase at a very affordable price point.

I have worn Smartwool hike lite socks for many years in all activities and just ordinary daily activities. Hiking, biking, pickleball. Light and breathable, keeps my feet dry and feeling great even after 3 hour stretches of pickleball, hours of hiking and biking. I can't imagine my feet without smartwool socks!

As a long time fan of smartwool socks, they keep me coming back every time I need a new pair. I've occasionally tried other brands but they don't compare In quality or longevity. I still have a few pair of their original grey with orange lettering that I use when my newer ones all needing to be washed.

Smartwool sock are the only socks I purchase anymore b/c my feet remain cool in the summer b/c they wick the moisture from sweat & warm in the winter.
