As for your WEBSITE, I give it a 1-STAR RATING, only because you do not have a NEGATIVE RATING SYSTEM. I established an account with SW and began placing multiple number sock orders. Right from the start problems began. I had to wait each time for your system to edit my multiple sock order number. After paying and waiting a few days, I wanted to track my order. Signed into my account, only to find no record of my order. Call Customer Service and was told by an agent, SW is having website problems. I just signed into my account a few minutes ago, NOT TO MY SURPRISE, that there is still no record of a past purchase.
