These socks are an everyday performer. They are comfortable, and long wearing. Warm when you need warmth, cool as much as possible. Due to wool, they don't get wet and spongy.

I have faithfully used Smartwool socks for 8 years now. Once I found them I've never switched to another. Summer means I wear the ankle hiker and thoroughly love their comfort. Fall, winter and spring I wear the crew, over the calf compression or hunting style socks. All last a long time, are comfortable and wear well. I recommend them over others.

I purchased some targeted cushion and some light cushion. The light cushion were more than I expected. Will order all targeted or zero in the future.
