Soft and warm around the ankles with good support

True to size, I wear an 8 1/2. So comfy and warm. Love the way they look and feel.

I have had these, purchased from a Birkenstock store for over a year. I agree with the reviews that speak of how they wish the footbed was shearling. That would be an excellent feature. I purchased these because of faciatis. I have another popular brand of shearling boots but they have a flat foot and I needed arch support. So I purchased these. Although the support is not quite like my Birkenstock sandals or bend lows, it is still better than a completely flat footbed. I do wear mine barefoot so the foot bed fits well. They are not as warm as the other brand, but when I need a warm shoe and want my feet to look and feel good, and it isn't too cold, these are my go to shoes. They won't keep you dry in snow or puddles but with warm socks they will keep you warm. I think I know a fix for the shearling footbed, which I may try along with the existing footbed.

The boots fit great and I looked forward to receiving them. However when I took them out of the box and placed them on my feet and stepped in the light they seemed to have been worn. The toe area felt was flattened and did not seem like the rest of the boot. I sent them back due to this because they are just too pricey to possible have been a second time around sale.

I like the look of these boots and the shearling lining is nice but as someone else mentioned - the footbed is not shearling lined and it’s quite firm. It greatly diminishes the cozy feel. Someone also mentioned that there is a sewn in piece of leather at the heel of the boot that also doesn’t have the shearling and you can feel the seem through your socks, I think it would rub and cause your socks to fall down. Overall I’m not happy enough to keep these but they are cute and the fit was true to size.

This pair of boots are too large-I didn't realize that they were lined with shearling and are bulky. I was looking for something that was a little sleeker.

Returning and plan to try a size larger so i can wear socks. The foot bed was a bit too hard for me. No shearling on foot bed. Cute boots in black.

These boots look nice and are well made. The suede is nice and the fleece interior is comfortable. The footbed isn't as expected - meaning it doesn't feel like my other birkenstocks.

Foot bed was uncomfortable, returning

Had to return these boots. The shearling has a pink cast on it; not the cream color on the photos. The Shearling does not extend to the floor bed. Also it looked like these boots had been worn a bit before they were returned. Slight scuffs on the toe and the box was dinged up.
