Nice material a little tight to get on felt a little small

I own the same in Black and Tan and I love them. The color combo on this was just not very good on these. Sent them back.

I have a narrow heel but very wide forefoot, with a high arch but low-volume foot overall. Can be challenging to fit. I ordered these for the wider toe box (which is great) and the Birkenstock arch support (which is only ok in these). However, I'm returning them. I agree with other reviewers that the footbed is disappointing. It has Birkenstock-type cork arch support built in, but the insole is more slippery Texon material rather than the usual Birkenstock leather. A shearling base would be much nicer I think for a cozy winter boot. My foot slides forward and crushes my toes against the front, even though I ordered a size larger than I wear in Birkenstock sandals. Looks-wise, they are decent. Like slightly more refined Uggs (take that for what you will). I thought they looked like silly elf boots with the shearling turned down, but that could be cute for the holidays I suppose.

I love the look and quality of these boots but the heel cup is too wide and I was slipping even with thick socks. Also it has a Slippery insole with no support. Sadly will return them.

Like other reviewers stated, the footbed isn’t the same as in my fav sandals. It isn’t molded with the arch support. The shaft of the boot is lined, but the footbed is not. I think I may actually prefer it not lined. Overall, I like the boots and will keep them - just wish the footbed was the same perfection as in their sandals.

I loved these, except the insole is that cork material just like other Birkenstocks. That's not a problem, except that I was hoping these boots would be wooly and cozy all the way through.

Love the look, fit, & support of this boot. Would have given 5 stars and kept them if the inner footbed was lined with shearling. I want to wear without socks, so sending them back. Also, the shearling is not as thick and fluffy as UGG shearling lined boots

loved these shoes but they were just a bit too difficult to put on with my swollen pregnant feet and inability to bend over to wrestle them on. had to return but they are super cute and comfortable once you get them on!

I really wanted to like these boots. Tried them in 2 different sizes but the arches just felt wrong in both for me.

I really wanted to love these boots, I wear Birks all the time. I am sad to say that I am truly disappointed. The comfort was good as was the style the problem was they arrived looking like they were already old. The front toe box of the shoe looks like someone dragged their foot across the ground every time they took a step. The material on the rest of the boot was inconsistent. Some areas look new and other areas look worn and ragged. As highly anticipated these boots they were a huge disappointment. I hope you have better luck!

I’m returning for several reasons. I purchased these boots thinking they would have the Birkenstock footbed for support (my fault I didn’t read through the description). Secondly, they are near impossible to slip on and even worse to remove. I unbuckled the boot, but that was of little help. If ever Birkenstock makes a boot with their wonderful support footbed, I’m all in. But for now, complete disappointment.

Heed the reviews about the footbed! I ordered these thinking others were just being too nit-picky but they were right. These boots are great UNTIL you stand in them. It is like standing on a hard floor. The footbed is a slim piece of cork on hard rubber, and much less comfortable that even brand new Birk sandals. Its also very slippery inside so when you walk your foot tends to slide forward in the boot and crush your toes up front, even when I tried both sizes. Its too bad, if these had a shearling footbed like Uggs, these would be amazing boots. I don't wear Uggs because I find them too clunky, and these were more fitted so I am quite disappointed to have to return them. They fit well, the shearling siding was cozy, but the footbed is just awful!

These boots do not have a shearling insole as described. It is smooth leather.

Poorly designed boot. The insole was very hard and slippery. If they had used a fleece insole it would have been much better, Also, the side buckle made them very difficult to put on. I had to unbuckle it to get my foot in and then rebuckling was very difficult while wearing it. It could have been a great boot, but it's a solid no for me.

These are fantastic boots. I wish the sheepskin was also on the footbed, but wool socks still work inside them and stay true to my usual size.

Absolutely beautiful boots, but the hard piece by the heel was not comfortable. So wanted to love then because they were gorgeous!

I love these boots, the suede and shearling, the color and style. However, I suffer with a bunion and my foot was very uncomfortable in the right shoe. This is just a personal problem/issue and has nothing to do with the shoes. I hate to have to return them.

These are beautiful looking winter boots. The soles have an open grid pattern that looks like it would provide a safe walk in snow. The suede is soft and flexible. The lining appears thick and probably very warm. I really like them all around. But despite currently owning 2 pairs of Birkenstock clogs - these boots were too tight! There is no wiggle room! I ordered the same size as always and they did not fit. Whether or not the lining has anything to do with it, I think the manufacturer should allow for it and mark the sizing appropriately.

great fit, comfortable birkenstock sole, and cute. I will likely destroy a lighter color (I got the blue/gray), so I'm better off with a darker, more neutral color.

These boots are soooo comfortable. They have excellent arch support and are great shoes if you're on your feet all day. They look great with jeans and dresses. I have to say I like them better than Ugg. They keep my feet warm and comfy all day. Great walking shoes as well. Very pleased with this purchase and love Zappos for delivering them the next day!
