The sizing is absolutely ridiculous! I brought a 7, couldn't get my heel to fit, sized up to an 8 and it was too big and I was flopping out of them!

There really pretty but for the price there so uncomfortable. It feels like walking on straight concrete, that's how hard the insoles feel.

We purchased a product that was hard to get last year as soon as it came back in stock for my daughter's birthday later in the year. We purchased the same size as all of her other Uggs but it is way too small. I tried to call to get and exchange but since it has been over a 30 says we are unable to do so. We will be purchasing from other retailers from now on.

Small!!!!!!!! And uncomfortable

They run very small, to be able to wear them with tights you must order at least 2 sizes up. (They don't give you the option to change them twice)

first time purchasing UGGs since around 2016, the quality is just horrible anymore. Not sure what changes they made but the qualities just not like it used to be.

My daughter wore the Tazz Uggs twice and the right shoe started to make a cracking noise! It was very disappointing!

really warm shoes. but after 15 minutes, the sole layered . very upset did not expect such quality for $130+. I do not recommend

They look huge on my feet, very long, very hard.

I did not like these UGGS due to them being platform. I like the lower ones better but did not like the red on the trim.

Ordered for my birthday. First time ever and the tag on the bottom is ripping already.

I fail to see how these are so popular- yes they're VERY cute but my lord they are like walking on bricks! Stick to the tas slippers for optimal comfort. Not against the product, but the exchange/return process has been a complete nightmare and Ugg has some very anti-customer policies in place that make it difficult to end up with a product that you are satisfied with. They also do not honor coupons (that they offered?) under exchanges and that just rubs me wrong. I will try the original Australian Uggs next time and see if they care more about satisfaction than they do here.

Honestly they're super uncomfortable. Hard as a rock and no support. Thankfully returning them was simple. That I appreciate.

This style was too high for me

I've wanted to try these for awhile so I decided to purchase a pair for myself as I was buying a pair for my sister's MOH gift. I was so excited when they arrived - I tried them on and was walking around for a few moments before I quickly realized these would never work. My heels were slipping completely out of the back with every step! So then when you step down again, your heel crunches down on the inner heel of the shoe. Searched online and found a ton of similar reviews. Such a bummer but definitely not worth the money. They need to improve the design of the heel for these. I did order a size 10 and the shoe fit perfectly for me, so not a sizing issue like many others have had.

The color in person is very different than the pictures. I was expecting a brown and they are more of a weird grey. Also I ordered 2 pairs of uggs in the same size one the ugg minis one these slippers,.. the ugg minis fit perfect and the slippers are too small??? I will either be returning to selling to anyone who wants them.

So sad. I had high expectations. The shoe comes off when you walk (like how a flip flop lifts up when you walk). They are not like slippers that are meant to stay on your feet when you walk.

I am so upset with this product! I was so excited to order these and even waited a while to receive them as they were on backorder. The color I received is nothing!! Like the photo. Waste of my money. I love Ugg but this really upset me.:(

My daughter isn't to happy with these they are very heavy hurt her legs wearing them the whole day of school.

Bought these supposedly thinking I was gonna get what I saw online. They sent me the men's Tasman. Doesn't even say uggs on them, says china in big words on the bottom. Very cheap looking and feel overall
