Would never buy again

I want to love these shoes but the wool is thin and feels cheap- especially when compared to older Uggs. There is hardly any fluff in their new shoes.

literally came lumpy and had a hole and some bumps and was just super weird ????? horrible

I'm insane to keep buying this style and then returning it because the fit is so bad. The heel material is nonexistent making your heel slip out every time you walk, the sizing is wacky, 6's are too small but 7's are too big. I want to love these because they are so cute but I can't understand why the heel is so much smaller than the Tasman style. I wish they made the Tasman style in a mustard seed platform. That way they would actually fit right.

I returned this product. It was good quality, but I was expecting a soft sole like my other UGGs. Also I did not like how big they looked on my feet

After 5 time wearing my tazz Uggs platform got damaged I can't believe my Uggs fell apart form the platform area each line is on gluing . I purchased my UGGs in January of this year .. I'm really disappointed they are expensive

Every tho they are super cute platforms they feel too narrow and too small.

They are too narrow in the front and they don't stay on my feet.. flop in the back.

These are not real uggs! They are scratchy and unquilted. The ORIGINAL sheepskin boot fit and sole are genuinely comfortable. These are a knockoff that doesn't come close to the original brand. The packaging and product are all unauthentic. Buyer beware!!

Terrible shoe

Sadly, I returned this product because of the weird fit. I tried both a 7 and an 8 and the sizing is just off. The 8 (which I normally wear) fit my toe box well, but there was a large gap between my heel and the shoe. It's like they forgot to make the back taller? Every time I took a step it was like wearing a flip flop.

True size 8-8.5 so I sized up with a 9 thinking surely they'll fit. Upon trying them on I figured, maybe they need to stretch and the fur inside will settle and they'll fit better. My feet feel suffocated and now I get cluster phobia just thinking about wearing them. They're cute but I cannot go up another size or I'll look like a clown. The back part definitely sinks under my heel when I walk and after only 2 wears they have creases on the heel part. I'm so mad I waited so long to get them and for the amount paid, the quality and hype didn't match. I'm an UGG fanatic but not for this style. So disappointed and wish I could return them.

I ordered a size 7 as I always do and they felt two sizes too small. The opening of the shoe (the rim) was extremely tight around my feet. I sent them back and ordered a size 8. I hope they fit.

The look is good, but the shoe itself isn't

This style hurt my feet, not comfortable, looked worn, even through I sized up and company said they were on back order.

This is my first time purchasing from you all And it was a bad experience my shoes went to the wrong address

I love Uggs and these are awful. The sizing is off. I am a consistent size 9 in all other Ugg styles, but these were so small. I ordered the size 10 and they were way too big. This was my first time ever buying a slipper so maybe their slipper sizing in general is different that boots and moccasins.

She wasn't when she saw them, wasn't expecting the raised heel, also ran small, however there was no return label inside the box.

Item doesn't fit like a 9 and they say that you can return it till the 31st but theirs no return option on the website. This company is trash and I will never be buying from them again.

I bought them as a gift for my daughter and she like rather have a different style/ color.

Unfortunately I was very happy to purchase this product. However once I received it I was let down immediately. They sizing was off. They are not comfortable. I had to end up and return them. Did not want to rate them, but I couldn't submit review without doing it.
