They were not comfortable and slipped out in the heel.

Very disappointed with the product I received, one of the shoes came with a dent in on the front of the sole/platform looks like the product was worn. Also the quality of the fur/wool inside looks very cheap and of poor quality.

It looks nice but runs too small and narrow.

Why did you guys change the style from previous years???? Now your foot barely even goes in the shoe. The back heel part is way too low, it is quite literally impossible to walk in these. I have several pairs of these from years ago that I love and I tried to replace them this year, and I was incredibly disappointed. I'd give zero stars if I could.

I bought these in a size 9 for my daughter who is a size 8 1/2 regularly. The shoe was super tight and her heel barely fits inside. Now I'll need to wait for more to come in stock because they are sold out. What a hassle and disappointment.

The shoes was too small

Unfortunately the product came damaged. When I attempted to do an exchange to get the same product it was out of stock. When I finalized the new item which were pants at this point and brought the Tazz slippers back to UPS. I was then told the new item I chose was now also out of stock and ended up with nothing. Pretty unfriendly experience.

The insole was very hard and uncomfortable to wear. I tried it on and returned it promptly..

The shoes were too small. In my attempt to exchange, I lost the sale price and the color of shoes that my daughter wanted. Then, when my card was charged the difference for the new pair, it was declined. Despite nothing wrong with my card, customer service could not tell me why my card was declined and that the payment could not be processed again, so my exchange would not go through. I only got a refund and now my daughter does not have the shoes she wanted.

Product was too large and could not get a smaller size

The back is extremely short and does not support yr heal to stay snug on yr foot like a real taz Ugg does

The product was the price of UGG at the quality of kookaburra. Deckers outdoors has ruined the long standing quality of the UGG shearling boot.

I don't know why Ugg hasn't fixed the issue with these shoes this year. It's very difficult to walk in these. I bought these last year but had to return because my foot always slips out. I heard others say to try to get used to it and eventually you will break them in and it'll be easier to walk in so I decided to try buying them again. It had been a while of me trying to break them in. I walk very slow in these since my foot always slips out. Last week I was in a rush and I tried walking at my normal pace and I somehow twisted my foot. Now I can't even wear these shoes at all since the pain gets worse but even wearing other shoes has been difficult since it presses against the pain. So I've been limping for a week now. 9 is my normal size but I've tried 8 and 10 also so it's not like I had the wrong size. Now I have to return again and hope my foot heals soon

i usually wear a size woman's 6 in uggs, ordered a woman's 6 and way too small, have to return and now sold out in every size

For the first time im disappointed with UGG I've been buying my boots,slippers for years always use size 7. So I order Tass bc I love the way they look and when they arrived I was exited but size runs small so I order size 8 and the shoes were already worn already so disappointing.

It actually feels like I workout walking in these. I tried returning them but I couldn't find my order number.

I usually wear size 7 and i ordered size 7 . they are very small and very uncomfortable to me .

I didn't realize the sole of the shoe was so thick Not comfortable to walk in with a thick sole

I've worn the same size UGG's for almost 20 years! I'm shocked these fit so poorly. If the model is wearing socks with these, why do they not stay on your feet with socks on? Was really excited about them and thought'd they'd definitely fit, as I used to have the Tasman Slippers back in high school. I'm unfortunately returning these ones and was thinking about trying the slipper version, but the color options are way less interesting. What a bummer.

these uggs don't warm at all, despite the fact that it's not cold yet, the soles have shrunk too much, and I don't weigh much after wearing them for 2 weeks for 1 hour a day or even less, I walk the least, I DO NOT RECOMMEND

They have a weird fit. They are a bit hard to walk in, since they come off your feet with every step. The color is nice, and they feel good if I'm just sitting down, but they are not a good shoe to walk around in.

It's impossible to walk in them. They will put pressure on your heels. It hurts and causes cracks. They do not fix the foot. Unlike the "Tasman Slipper" model, Tazz are very uncomfortable and incomprehensible
