I have purchased the Ascot for the men in my life for many years. The last. But my husband did not seem quite right. In fact, it seemed kind of made cheaply. I just purchased the sale item of the Ascot and after I bought it. I realized that it has a synthetic lining and it is not sheepskin. So they are selling t two Ascot slippers - one with sheepskin and one with synthetic faux sheepskin. Kind of like a knockoff at the same price, but the synthetic one is on sale. I find it deceptive that Ugg would use the same product name. I liked their products more back when they were made in Australia and were made with quality materials before they started cutting corners. Buyer beware!

Hey there I have already reached out to your support team for help but this is beyond frustrating. I purchased the shoes in a tan color. When I tell you I was beyond surprised to open the box to an almost black shoe. I paid extra to get me shoes here "quicker" which still took more than it should have. It's just rediculous that the shoe which is in the correct box for what I orders came in a different shoe

Purchased my normal size 12. At least an inch too long. Returned for next size down 11. Still too long. Tried to return for size 10 but return refused. So here I am with slippers I'd love to wear but not wearing because too big fit is frustrating.

The size is tight compared to boots

Decided to update my worn slippers and these are less comfortable and cheaper feeling.

This would have 4th pair in 6-8 years. But they don't fit the same as the my 3 previous pairs. All of my previous pairs were size 13, same as these, but they slipped off my heel. Tried a 12, same thing, as well as trying several different colors at local shops. Whatever you changed, please change it back. Very disappointed...

My husband hates them they actually went into the trash as they are so hard and uncomfortable he only tried them on.

I want to return them but for some reason i can't and it never stated that i could not return them.

My son loved the slippers but after 2 weeks they already ripped at the outer toe cap seam.

Very disappointed. The shoe was too small and the next size up too large. Wish they offered a half size.

I Have previously purchased this same product on two separate occasions and was extremely happy with them. However, this time I was extremely disappointed. The color was not the same as previous orders. Also, neither was the quality of the slippers the same as I was accustomed to. As an example: the upper of the left shoe looked as if it was the right (toe turned right) and the stitching. was not well done. Another problem is sizing. My size is too small and not wide enough and the next size up is too big. After returning the slippers, I attempted to purchase them at two different retailers and found the same issues. This is how I learned the size up is too big. I have to wonder if UGG has changed manufacturer. I have moved on and ordered slippers from another company. This is too bad since I loved my previous UGGs. I hope in the future they will offer half sizes.

The outside of the slipper is very nice however the inside insulation/material is bunching up inside the slipper.

I returned them as soon as I saw what a piece of junk they are. Junk

Bought a pair from my husband who wears a size 12 could not fit a 12 so went up to a size 13 the 13 is also too small not sure if I want to get the 14th because I'm disappointed that it may not fit runs too small

Very disappointed in the quality of the slippers.

Have enjoyed years of a slipper lined with brown liner. A white liner immediately show dirt. Yuck!

They are just ok. The fur wears down fast and whatever size you are get a wide. Not worth the 120$ plus. Was so looking forward to these.. just not a fan

The fur is so thick it hurts your feet not comfy carbellas much better

I really like these shoes. They are great quality and comfortable. However, I had to get a replacement because my original pair had problems with the insole. The shoes were under warranty but it took an act of God to get a hold of customer service and get them to move thru the warranty process. It literally took me 3 weeks of constant calls and texts to get the process moving and get thru all the red tape. They even made me pay the $25 shipping fee to get my shoes to them because I purchased them in store and not Online! Everyone in my family has a pair of Ugg shoes and love them... but we WILL NEVER purchase another pair! They are overpriced for the service and support you get from them... It cost me 20% of what I paid for the shoes to send them back for replacement. NEVER AGAIN!

I wear them around the house but they are not as good as previous UGG versions

Coloring is more of a dark brown than tan. Inside soles already coming out after a couple of months.

Bought for my husband for christmas ( size 12, his normal in everything else) and the slippers were so small he did not even get close to being able to put his heel in. Wasnt able to return in time as local store would only allow an exchange and had no stock in larger sizes. So I now have an expensive pair that cant be worn and no idea what size these will fit ( maybe someone who usually wears a 9?). Wish there had been honest reviews up prior to the holiday.

Not as comfortable as older uggs. The lining is not even throughout, causing the front to be very narrow and feet to slip out of the back. I've purchased numerous pairs of size 12 over the years and never had this issue. The picture of the tan matted leather is MUCH lighter than what was delivered. The actual shoe looks much more like the espresso ascot slipper. Ugg... be better

Within 3 days the sole came undone. I am very disappointed in UGG because I was expecting a lot better quality coming from them.

Within the first 3 days of buying these slippers, the inside sole glue or whatever came undone. It is very annoying especially with the amount of money that I paid for them.
