My husband likes the left slipper really well, but the right has issues with the insole bunching up.

I have worn Ugg slippers year round for over twenty years now and received a blue pair for Christmas 2018. This is the first time I'm disappointed. In the past, the wool lining was so thick you could barely wiggle your toes. Not these. After not even two months, they are all smashed down,which hadn't occurred before. Disappointed.

These seemed awesome, but a 10 was too small and an 11 too big. Tried both! Super bummed.

We have been Avid Ugg buyers for years. This Christmas was no exception with 3 pairs purchased. The main reason we buy these slippers is that the Wool Lining stands up for at least a year and does not matt down. More comfortable and fresh feeling. I noticed over the past year that the new Uggs We have purchased have a change in the logo on the slipper and no longer say Australia. About the time this happened, and since our purchases the Wool in the slipper seems to matt down almost immediately.(Much like the other slippers on the market. ) We are disappointed. I also noticed the tag inside says 'Made in China' I don't know if that is new for them, or if they have always been manufactured there, but there is definitely a quality difference now. I want my old Uggs!

Quality is great, style is great, materials are top notch....Design is a total letdown! Purchase these if you intend to only wear them in the house. My previous slippers (will not name the co.) at least had a full sole. It's as though these are undercut, just don't get it. Uggs advertises them as in door/out door...no way! Turn them over and you will notice that the quality sole, may even be vibram, does not even fit the slipper's fit print. If you were to go outside in any inclement weather, they would be soaking up the elements like a mop. Don't get this design, it's a total flaw!

Still has a nice feel, but not as attractive.

I expected higher quality for this price. Lining of moccasin is cheap and continues to fray. Slipper is not very comfortable either. Disappointed.

First of all, these do not run true to size whatsoever. It was recommended that I purchase a size 10 (M) and they keep slipping off my heel because they are way too big. Second, the wool on the inside of the shoe wears, sheds, and comes off very easily. 2 times after wearing them for nothing more than walking around the house and most of the wool is worn off. Disappointed with my purchase and probably not worth the price.

Too short and black dye comes off on bare feet,,,i put them away and am wearing my old, worn out brand that fits, is comfortable, and that I don't have black died feet after wearing them,

Unfortunately the slipper was too tight across the top of my foot. There was no way I could wear socks with them. I had to return them.

74% of reviews say that this shoe is true to size, but my husband is a 10 1/2-11 and he couldn't even get his foot all the way in to the size 11. Not sure if it was mismarked or what. Bummer.

Feel as though it can be a quality product except for the fact that the insole becomes dislodged as soon as you start to walk and slide up the side of the slipper. Problem occurred within a month of wearing product.

I have high arches and it is very difficult to get the slippers onto my feet.

Width was not extra wide as ordered

The slippers are very nice. Constructed well however, they are hard to get on. Shouldn't need a shoe horn to put on slippers. Sent them back

WEIRD SIZING: ordered this product in November for the holidays, in a size 9 for my husband. too small. ordered the 11, hopefully in time for the holidays. the length was about right but the width was too narrow and was cutting off his circulation. ordered the 12, this time AFTER the holidays. the size 12s were perfect width-wise but entirely too long. back they went, this time for an entirely different product. the acots themselves were lovely, looked to be quite durable and warm. it could be chalked up to my husband having weird sized feet but the other 2 UGGS i bought him (regular shoes to wear and house slippers) were perfect in his size.

I bought these slippers for my son as a gift, he is a he normally wears shoes size 11/11.5.I bought him a 12 they were extremely small and actually fit me,which I wear a size 10 shoe. He was anxious to receive them, he thought he would get them in 2 days as adverized.....it took 5!! When I went to fill out the form to exchange I couldn't find the same ones I size 13 (which is probably what he needs) I needed assistance, I called twice to customer service, the first time I waited 19 minutes with no rep.the serving time I waited 22 minutes with no representative. I then left my name and # and still Gabbert received a call back. .....

We returned a too-small pair of slippers that my husband received as a gift, and received the same size back again. Having wasted the postage money once, we will not send them back again. And topping it off is the fact that I have already completed one of your questionnaires about this exchange. Bottom line is that you are not paying attention to what your customers ask or tell....or at least not to us. The service otherwise was great, but if the shoe doesn't fit - well, re-gift it.

Sent them back. You should be recieving soon. Much too small. Felt like at least 2 sizes too small

This is my forth pair of house shoes purchased on line and the forth size variance. It will be my last online purchase unless there are some assurance that UGG will improve their product consistency. They are expensive and should be more consistent. BTW --- Not sure anyone reads these but I am having to stretch my size 10 to make them more comfortable. The last 10 I purchased was a little big. I would rather have them a little loser than tight!

I have had 3 pairs of these and the first 2 were great. There is a defect in the sole of the right slipper. I am returning them. I need a half size larger as well. Once I have the replacement, I will be happy to update my review.

Love my UGGS, but it was difficult to get the right size through the mail. Purchased a pair of 9's a few months ago and they are sized as 9's and are very comfortable so I ordered another pair of 9's but they were completely unable to go on my foot. Returned them for 10's and they are still tight. Don't get the sizing. Will purchase anything I get in the future from a store and not from mail order so I can be assured they are the right size.

I find my $20 slipper more comfortable than your $100 slipper. I ordered a 9 which is my shoe size. I sent it back and got a 10 and it's still to tight. I've gone back to the $20 slipper. The 9 didn't fit and I need a shoe horn to get in the 10.

It's not a size 8. its about a 71/2
