These slippers are designed for the non-avereage person with abnormal feet. I had to buy them two sizes larger than what I normally get. Otherwise I could not get my feet in them or they would be too tight. IN getting slippers two sizes larger though, they end up being too long making them look like clown shoes. I'm quite disappointed in these, especially after my girlfriend raved about the company.

instructed by an UGG retailer to try them for two weeks.. they should losen up.. hasn't happened yet. :0( hoping they do or my wife will not be happy that I am not happy with my very special Christmas/Birthday gift

I bought my ascot moccasins a month ago. They arrived in two weeks, however, I expected this because I choice the standard shipping. I was anxious for them to arrive, but when they did and I tried them on they were too big. I was perplexed because my shoe size has always been a six. Ugg did include a return label which was brilliant, but then I received an email saying my original order would take from 11/25-11/27 to process. I was very upset. I called customer service and they ordered me a new pair but said they'd arrive during the same time my others were going to be processed, which I appreciate, however, I have already been waiting so long for my shoes I expected them to atleast provide me with a two day shipping or a discount! I am very dissatisfied and I will not order from the online Ugg store again. Karelia Cervantes

Good enough for a basic house slipper, but I will go back to my old brand.

They were difficult for him to get on.

The product was soft and warm but fell apart way to easily. I had only worn them 4 times if that and i was getting a hole in them. They are very rough on the bottoms of your feet.They need a little more support. Other than that great shoe. I have never had an issue until now.

Why don't they make these in women's sizes???????

need to have it in half sizes or tell people to order larger size cannot wear with socks

I had just received these and they looked great. I took my dog out for a short walk as these have a rubber sole and about 5 blocks from the house the sky opened up,, no warming. Well I got home and did my best to save them as the inside and outside were soaked. I stuffed them with paper towels to try to help dry the wool lining. The right shoe lost it's shape entirely and the color each day got lighter and lighter and now it is as if there is not finish on them at all. It is my fault for wearing them outside and getting caught in the rain, but what if I had wanted to clean these, I would be very scared. I have a pair to the previous model with a tie but really the same shoe that I know I bought well over 15 years ago. The wool soles are well worn but the leather is intact. So do yourself a favor, do not try to save money like I did, do not get the Matte finish.

Slipper soul fell apart after only a few wears. Ugg customer service made it impossible to return or exchange. I spent so much time on the phone, texting emailing trying to get someone to help, but it was impossible. I sent the slippers back for a warranty exchange and they said that the warranty had expired. How could this be? I purchased the slippers 6 months ago and the warranty is one year. Will never buy from this company again.

So I ordered these, after having a pair of the same for years and loving them But I can't leave an honest product review here, because I still don't have the product.. after ordering more, I was sent "toddler size uggs" (instead of Men's size 9) I get that mistakes happen, but I've tried to contact Customer Service multiple times and have not been able to resolve the issue.

Overpriced, poor quality leather & workmanship

After reviewing many online websites and ordering a couple pairs of men's slippers that I returned, I went back to Ugg. I have purchased many pairs of uggs for family and friends and they always loved them. I saw the Ugg Ascot men's slipper, I really wanted a slipper not a shoe. I feel totally misled by the ample positive reviews that I believe are actually advertisements Ugg pays for. Simply put total lies, these are shoes, the size runs so small and I did order the EEE wide. Oh the leather is so soft & supple and the sole flexible the perfect men's slipper is what they were paid to say. The size 11EEE was not comfortable, the leather was very stiff and the sole was that of a hiking boot. I have since sent back and I'm awaiting my refund and most likely less a return shipping charge and restocking fee on top. Though my experience igas always been it's totally worth it.

They're heavy like loafers and tight. Buy something else.

The pieces of the slippers are stitched together crooked. Poor craftsmanship, the lining is synthetic not sheepskin. Uggla used to be worth the premium price, no more, sad

I have purchased the Ascot for the men in my life for many years. The last. But my husband did not seem quite right. In fact, it seemed kind of made cheaply. I just purchased the sale item of the Ascot and after I bought it. I realized that it has a synthetic lining and it is not sheepskin. So they are selling t two Ascot slippers - one with sheepskin and one with synthetic faux sheepskin. Kind of like a knockoff at the same price, but the synthetic one is on sale. I find it deceptive that Ugg would use the same product name. I liked their products more back when they were made in Australia and were made with quality materials before they started cutting corners. Buyer beware!

Hey there I have already reached out to your support team for help but this is beyond frustrating. I purchased the shoes in a tan color. When I tell you I was beyond surprised to open the box to an almost black shoe. I paid extra to get me shoes here "quicker" which still took more than it should have. It's just rediculous that the shoe which is in the correct box for what I orders came in a different shoe

Purchased my normal size 12. At least an inch too long. Returned for next size down 11. Still too long. Tried to return for size 10 but return refused. So here I am with slippers I'd love to wear but not wearing because too big fit is frustrating.

The size is tight compared to boots
