Hi I am a content creator who is reviewing the boots I bought I'm leaving a poor review video even though I hate to do so. These shoes were so stinky. I've tried everything to rid the smell of them and on top of that the stitching is messed up which I just noticed this recently :(

Smh I'm so irritated! I wear a size 5 in kids. So I ordered a size 7 in womens. Wayyyy too small! I send them back, order a size 8, and guess what. They are just as tiny as the size 7. Now I have to send this pair back as well for a size 9. But now I don't even want them anymore. I have tiny feet, I am Always a size 5 in kids , their sizing is way off if I need a size 9

Shoes aren't the same size as normal shoes. Definitely go up a size

I'm a senior citizen and for me I couldn't walk in these. I kept falling because there is no support. They are beautiful but made for younger people. Returned

For the price I paid for a brand new pair of UGGs, I would expect them to be in perfect condition. So when I received them and saw my right shoe has an imperfection on the top.. I guess you can call it a "scuff" or "indent" along the line.. I was not happy. I haven't got around to returning them yet because we all know what a pain that is..but I plan to return them and haven't decided if I'm going to take the chance and get another pair or try a different brand. This is actually the second review I have left regarding this issue and UGG has never even reached out to me to try and correct the issue, so I'm not to impressed with customer service either. So honestly, I probably wouldn't order another pair from them.

You guys should make half sizes smh

The seams are cracking already. I've had these for two weeks. None of my other Ugg slippers have ever cracked on the seams like this! Disappointed. Also ladies these are hard to walk in.

By far the WORST UGG purchase that ave made and a 18 yr long customer. They are extremely uncomfortable and they don't stay on your feet. I though I may have ordered the wrong size or something but turns out, a couple of coworkers have had the same experience!

I bought these uggs with a site credit because my last pair fell apart and ripped on the seams, just for these to be falling apart in the first week!! The seams are already breaking and they look horrible, I am beyond disappointed. Do not waste your money on these

I've literally worn them 4 times and they are cracking in the middle where the "leather" is. This is so sad and ridiculous. I've had uggs from 10 YEARS AGO that have NEVER cracked. There's not even a way to go about this. It is terrible quality. I am now passed the return window

I would love to be able to answer these questions about the order for my granddaughter, but we have no Uggs to survey! I first ordered before Christmas and they were put on backorder & delivered on Feb. 6. They were too small, so when I went to choose a size 9 of course there were none available! I was put on a waitlist, and then they were ordered. So here's how you run your business: on Feb 10 I received the following email: "Unfortunately, this item was in such high demand we're unable to fulfill it on your order. We're disappointed too". The good news is, we've released the authorization hold of funds on your account so you can replace it with an alternative item (or a different color of this item) at your convenience. We're sure you'll find something you'll love even more. If your heart was set on that item, you can always select the product through our website to add your email to the waitlist and be notified if it becomes available again." I can't say the anger and words I had for such a patronizing & illogical email! You're not disappointed and there is no good news---You're in a cloud to think we'll find something we love even more, as my granddaughter is 12 & wants these! I tried unsuccessfully to find anything on the website that allows me to "get on a waitlist and be notified if it becomes available again". What good will that do? You'll just cancel my order again! I'm so sick of dealing with such a poorly run business, and once I ever get these shoes from you for my granddaughter it will be the last thing I ever purchase from you!!!

Your out of stock on the shoe color and size I'd ikr to exchange for. But why can't I be put on back order for them?? They don't fit

Color was goode looks like an off white or light greay. Is actually blue yet picture has no blue in it. Had to do the whole excgange thing.

I had them for a single day, and the paint already started chipping off the middle line.

I usually wear a size 8 in all uggs. I got a size 9 in these and they are small! My feet almost hangs out of the shoe! When I compare these with my size 9 Tazz, they are a whole size smalle/shorter!

I purchased my daughter, these UGGs they were cheaply made don't know what changed I have a pair of 20-year-old UGGs that are in better shape than hers. The bottoms of her UGGs are falling apart.

Def need to size up with these and my foot slips out. I have to constantly stop and push my foot into the shoe lol Waste of money . Can't return either Kus it's past the deadline date at Dillards. so sad

I have purchased ugg products in the past and have had good luck with them. Not this time. I purchased them as a gift for my girlfriend but the size doesn't even come close. She normally wears a size 8 in uggs and that's what I purchased. I don't know what happened but my money will be better spent on other products rather than uggs.

I ordered my Uggs in I believe November or December. They came in January I was expecting that. I was very excited everyday for the shoes to come and when they finally came they were so small that I couldn't even believe it was a size 7. It felt like a size 6. I went to the mall to return them and exchange them for a size 8 and then they said that those Uggs are no longer available for purchase. They told me to just return them and get a refund. I JUST want my Uggs! As you can imagine all that waiting and waiting for the shoes not to even fit and I know I'm a size 7. Iv'e ordered Uggs in size 7 before and they fit perfect and my feet haven't grown If anything they've shrunk. So I am so very upset and sad.
