These shoes are uncomfortable and slips off very easily.

I bought these thinking they'd be comfy, cute, and a little height booster for me as I am 5'1. Within the first few months a random liquid stain appeared on them and I did everything to fix it, including white vinegar and even buying a suede cleaner only for it to be 10x worse after. For shoes this expensive they should not be this easy to damage. Also, they are so uncomfortable. I wore them and walked around for a little while only to have my feet covered in blisters. So so disappointed for how expensive they were. Don't even waste your money, you're better off buying dupes that at least are comfortable and won't get ruined after one wear.

They are absolutely gorgeous, but they are the most uncomfortable shoes I have ever worn. From the moment I put them on and took my first step, my heels and ankles started to hurt. You definitely need to order one size up, because your regular size will feel too small. On top of that, they slip off easilyyour foot slides backward and doesn't stay in place, which makes walking in them even worse. These are not shoes for indoor or outdoor use; they're shoes just to look at. I bought them to wear around the house, and even then, they're just too uncomfortable to use

Sizing is off. Fits a .5-1 size too small!

These are not true to size. I feel they would crease in the toe area quickly. They were hard to walk in while keeping the shoe on my foot.

I love how comfortable these sleepers are but I can't wash the black off the soles of my feet and in between my toes. It's been 3weeks. Is this normal?

They run very small and I earned a coupon from shopping here and used it but got the wrong size since the size chart isn't correct. I got the same size as all my other UGGs, but these ones ran very small, well they refunded my shoes instead of exchanging them and did not give me my coupon back.

No longer a fan, Terrible return policies and customer service. Product materials have changed dramatically and are borderline fake. End for me.

Unfortunately, we never got to wear these as the company did not fulfill my order, returned my money and my daughter didn't get this as a Christmas gift. And after all that you couldn't let me keep my points or even a coupon for a future product and you all still sent me a very kind invitation to review them so no soup for you! Your customer service sucks

It's a high platform that runs very small. It makes you feel off balanced. After a while your feet starts to hurt. Not comfortable like a slipper at all.

It does not fit. I want to return it.

I got 2 orders instead of one. Need to return both. As much as pretty they are they are not comfortable and my foot slips down. Run super small to the size and need to exchange for something else's

I purchased these online not trying them On. They are super cute but while I wear them and walk around my foot slips out of them. They have zero arch support. After wearing them for a few hours my foot hurting because of these. My arch keeps on cramping. I wouldn't recommend these if you plan on walking around in them. I guess these should be considered slippers.

I don't know what is wrong with the design of these, but it is literally impossible to walk in them without them slipping off your foot! Can't wear them

Hate that the slippers are not everything I thought they would be . I bought a cheap knock off pair to see if the height of the heel would be a problem and it wasn't so I ordered the Uggs . The knock offs are so comfortable , very soft foot bed , the toe box is perfect and the lining very soft . The Uggs foot bed is SO hard , toe box tight and lining is skimpy . I have worn them everyday for 4 wks in hopes they get a better fit but it hasn't helped. even tried a size 9 at a shoe store to see if sizing up would help but they weren't any better . . I own several Uggs styles also size 8 and love them but this slipper is disappointing , back to wearing my comfy knock offs .

I have tried wearing these in the house only and they just hurt. I kept thinking eventually they would get broken in. Not the case!

I know UGG had declined in quality but when I only wore these slippers once & the seal down the front seam started cracking, I was SHOCKED. So disappointed because I was SO EXCITED FOR THESE. They also run VERY small

After walking for a little while you'll notice that the back of the shoe isn't supportive enough. You'll find yourself slipping out of the shoe and you'll have to constantly readjust your foot in the shoe. Very upsetting and uncomfortable if I would have known I would have gone for the traditional pair and not the platform pair. Waste of money

After 3 days shoe showed visible signs of wear an inexpensive pair from a department store would have been better could not recommend this pair again
