I bought these uggs with a site credit because my last pair fell apart and ripped on the seams, just for these to be falling apart in the first week!! The seams are already breaking and they look horrible, I am beyond disappointed. Do not waste your money on these

I've literally worn them 4 times and they are cracking in the middle where the "leather" is. This is so sad and ridiculous. I've had uggs from 10 YEARS AGO that have NEVER cracked. There's not even a way to go about this. It is terrible quality. I am now passed the return window

I would love to be able to answer these questions about the order for my granddaughter, but we have no Uggs to survey! I first ordered before Christmas and they were put on backorder & delivered on Feb. 6. They were too small, so when I went to choose a size 9 of course there were none available! I was put on a waitlist, and then they were ordered. So here's how you run your business: on Feb 10 I received the following email: "Unfortunately, this item was in such high demand we're unable to fulfill it on your order. We're disappointed too". The good news is, we've released the authorization hold of funds on your account so you can replace it with an alternative item (or a different color of this item) at your convenience. We're sure you'll find something you'll love even more. If your heart was set on that item, you can always select the product through our website to add your email to the waitlist and be notified if it becomes available again." I can't say the anger and words I had for such a patronizing & illogical email! You're not disappointed and there is no good news---You're in a cloud to think we'll find something we love even more, as my granddaughter is 12 & wants these! I tried unsuccessfully to find anything on the website that allows me to "get on a waitlist and be notified if it becomes available again". What good will that do? You'll just cancel my order again! I'm so sick of dealing with such a poorly run business, and once I ever get these shoes from you for my granddaughter it will be the last thing I ever purchase from you!!!

Your out of stock on the shoe color and size I'd ikr to exchange for. But why can't I be put on back order for them?? They don't fit

Color was goode looks like an off white or light greay. Is actually blue yet picture has no blue in it. Had to do the whole excgange thing.

I had them for a single day, and the paint already started chipping off the middle line.

I usually wear a size 8 in all uggs. I got a size 9 in these and they are small! My feet almost hangs out of the shoe! When I compare these with my size 9 Tazz, they are a whole size smalle/shorter!

I purchased my daughter, these UGGs they were cheaply made don't know what changed I have a pair of 20-year-old UGGs that are in better shape than hers. The bottoms of her UGGs are falling apart.

Def need to size up with these and my foot slips out. I have to constantly stop and push my foot into the shoe lol Waste of money . Can't return either Kus it's past the deadline date at Dillards. so sad

I have purchased ugg products in the past and have had good luck with them. Not this time. I purchased them as a gift for my girlfriend but the size doesn't even come close. She normally wears a size 8 in uggs and that's what I purchased. I don't know what happened but my money will be better spent on other products rather than uggs.

I ordered my Uggs in I believe November or December. They came in January I was expecting that. I was very excited everyday for the shoes to come and when they finally came they were so small that I couldn't even believe it was a size 7. It felt like a size 6. I went to the mall to return them and exchange them for a size 8 and then they said that those Uggs are no longer available for purchase. They told me to just return them and get a refund. I JUST want my Uggs! As you can imagine all that waiting and waiting for the shoes not to even fit and I know I'm a size 7. Iv'e ordered Uggs in size 7 before and they fit perfect and my feet haven't grown If anything they've shrunk. So I am so very upset and sad.

My daughter is normally a size 8 and her heels were hanging off the back of these slippers by about .5 of an inch. We returned 7-10 days ago via usps and still haven't received a confirmation email

Nothing great about the product. The sizing is not accurate. They said they were true to size. I wear a seven I can't wear anything larger or smaller and the shoes too small my heel is coming off of it and when I try to get in touch, I didn't have any luck and I was also read the fine print, which said I can't return them or exchange them, so not happy at all.

I read the recommendations given about shoe sizing. They are too small. Very disappointed. Especially since your slippers are NOT cheap.

I was so excited for these shoes and ignored reviews about them sliding off. When I got them they ran small so I assumed after trying to walk in them that was why I had a hard time. After returning and sizing up the issue persisted and I was unable to wear them again because they were impossible to walk around in without shuffling since they just slide right off. Tried with and without socks and neither helped. Now I have to resell them since I already wore them a couple times in an attempt to break them in (which didn't help), and just take the loss. Please don't waste your time and money and listen to the reviews!!! There are so many other options from ugg that have backs and will actually be wearable.

My shoes came up with a tear in them. I was told that I could not return them. If anyone actually reads this, it would be really great if someone could contact me about returning them. I put that I would not recommend them to a friend due to the hard time of the store taking them back.

This was bought as a gift for my daughter. She complained they were uncomfortable and never wore them. I tried them out one day...she was correct. There is no give in the sole at all and your foot does not move. You have to walk stiff legged and drag your feet as they are too heavy to pick your foot up and walk. Would not recommend and wish I could return them as they are expensive to not be used at all.

I'd love to give them a 5 star trview but after having the slippers foe a month the wool on the heal is already wearing off.

There's are not comfortable to walk in at all. Wouldn't recommend, but they're cute

I really wish I could return these and get a bigger size. I normally wear a 8 and sized up to a 9. My heel still hangs over. These shoes are hard to walk in. They don't fit properly when yo have on socks which makes walking difficult. These are back in the box, collecting dust. What a waste :(
