I have owned this same jacket and ordered as a replacement to my old one. I have always had great experiences with Zappos, but when this jacket arrived it had previously been worn. The tag was rumpled up like it had been hidden in the pocket, the neckline was dirty, and it smelled of body odor. I was very disappointed and also puzzled as to why the tag had a price of $199, but the internet price was $229. I was very disappointed. Zappos does have a great return policy and my account was credited as soon as I dropped it off at UPS.

It fit true to size but the zipper is broken, I couldn't get it to work.

I could not open the zipper. The zipper was tiny & not very durable looking. Not the same quality as I purchased before.

If I didn't buy it directly from TNF website, I would suspect it is a knock-off, due to poor quality. Zipper is terrible. Quality doesn't compare to my old ThermoBalls.

Really disappointed with how low of quality this was. I ended up returning the jacket due to the quality. The logo is pressed on not stitched, material feels thin and cheap. I understand it's suppose to be thinner for a "packable" feature, but honestly you can head over to Columbia and purchase a duplicate that is one hundred times better and not as expensive.

Horrendous quality for the price. Not even 2 weeks of wear and the seams are coming apart at the wrists. The material is much thinner than it appears in the pictures or even compared to previous North Face puffer jackets I've purchased. The logo is a cheap iron on decal and not the traditional stitched version. Blown away by the horrific quality.

I love this jacket but not the fit. Pleease bring back the regular sizing not slim fit.

Beautiful color, but the lining is visible through it! Also, the zipper is of very poor quality. Though I loved the look, it is sadly below The North Face usual expected quality, so I had to return it.

I'm sorry to say that though the jacket looked great on and fit well, the zipper worked poorly. It was very hard to unzip. We returned it and got another jacket but the second jacket had the exact same problem with the zipper and returned it too. You can zip up the jacket, but you can't unzip it all the way as it got stuck at the bottom. I had to use a lot of force to detach the bottom. I think if I kept the jacket, the zipper would've broken/torn with repeated attempts unzipping it.

So disappointing.. I was so excited because I saw that the jacket I've wanted was on sale! So I ordered right away. This was supposedly a christmas gift for myself. Unfortunately, when I checked the jacket - it had 2 tears on the front. I now had to return it. My size M is sold out now, so I can't reorder again. So disappointed.

I have had one for years & it's always been my "go to" jacket. It's a regular fit. I've tried the slim fit but it doesn't fit like my old one does. For that reason, I will not be buying another until the regular sizing returns!!

The zipper doesn't work. Gets stuck. I even ordered a replacement cuz we loved the color and the jacket itself. But in the second one the zipper keeps getting stuck. Unfortunately not a good design. Had to be returned they received both - and haven't received my refund yet ????

The zipper is defective and opens up from the bottom.

Horrible jacket. Does not keep you warm. Too thin. Way overpriced.

I was excited to wear this jacket because I trusted that it was going to keep me warm, but I got the opposite. Threads were coming out and I had only worn it twice. There was also some fuzz forming and more threads out on the outside of my arm. The fit and color were great but I was disappointed with the quality of jacket that I received

I have ordered and returned 4 jackets and still could not get the correct fit. I even called customer service and gave them my measurements and they still didn't get it right! I'm so frustrated and there are all these unusually difficult rules about how you paid and maybe can or cannot return in person. The only store they have near me (because only can return to official northface store)is 40 miles away right on the border of Mexico!

Looking for a jacket for 30-45 degrees. This wasn't warm at 40 degrees! Heat transfer logo! That will peel off eventually The zipper is a very small nylon one that doesn't look like it will last very long! I've been buying Northface jackets and coats for years but this will be my las the quality is not there anymore
