Great jacket! I've been buying this style for years. Lightweight, but provides a lot of warmth. My one complaint is it's cut in a slim style for the last few years. Have to size up if wearing any bulky sweaters. Hope they go back to standard cut soon.

Great jacket. Warm and very packable. Versatile piece of kit that can be used in a number of situations. Only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is the heat applied logos. Prefer the embroidered logo like my last version. The stick on style logo will eventually fall off like it has on my convertible pants. This unfortunately gives the heat a cheap feel and appearance.

This jacket fits true to size, and makes for a great base layer under a shell for warmth. It is a nice lighter fall or spring jacket on its own.

Great coat for cool weather. Not meant for winter only suggestion would be to have pocket zippers open and close in the reverse direction. Would rather pull down to close.

Great mid- and outer-layer. Packs nicely in the built-in pocket, but not as compact as my years old Summit 800 down version

I bought this to replace an older North Face jacket that I thought was the same. The new jacket was about a full size smaller than the one I was replacing so I returned it.

Bought this for my Valentine's and he always wears Large in jackets. But, this one was too slim fit. It's good for skinny men, but if you got muscles size up. Had to exchage for XL just because the arms were so tight. Also, the logo is NOT stiched in, so it may fall off eventually. Good for a thoughtful gift, but wish the fit and quality was better. I am surprised because for the most part men have muscles, so why are their jackets slim fit in the arms? :/

Love the feel & texture of the jacket. A bit on the thinner side from what I was expecting, given the price, but for sure a great layering piece to have during the cooler months. I'd recommend going a size up than your usual for a more comfy fit. Glad that this particular piece actually comes in a 3XL, lol XXXL folks need love too!

Very nice jacket. I would have kept it but it was a little too tight for my taste. I didn't realized that it was a "slim" fit until I received it. Otherwise I would have definitely kept it.

I guess I did not realize my son had gotten bigger so I need to exchange it for an extra large. I went ahead and ordered the extra large so get here faster but I will be returning the large.

Bought the XXL. Body fits fine but it is tight in the arms, especially at the elbows. It would be nice to have a bit of a looser fit in the arms. I'm 5'11" and 250#. Not an athletic build.

I like this jacket, however, this is the "slim version" which wasnt pointed out on the description this makes the arms very tight and uncomfortable.

It was too big for my husband. I returned it and wanted a smaller size at the same price. I was even going to pay for another that day and couldn't until that one was returned. I haven't received the new one or heard from anyone.

Great jacket but disappointed the logo is heat transferred on and not stitched. My son had same jacket and last one was stitched. Paid a lot for it and didn't realize.

This is my third Thermoball 2.0 in as many years because I've had to continually file warranty claims. The collar material has frayed after only a winter season of wear for the last two. This never happened with the OG Thermoball jacket, which simply wore out after about 7 years. The quality of the material used for 2.0 around the collar is clearly not the same. I've written letters to TNF and gotten no reply. The only reason I'm giving this 3 stars is because of TNF's customer service and that they continue to recognize the issue by issuing gift cards for replacements. How using cheaper material only to have jackets returned saves them any money is confusing. I certainly expect a jacket to last more than 1 winter season without fraying.

Been using TNF for over 30 years. Still using some of those products. However, TNF choice to move away from threaded logos to rubber ones is a bad call. The logo is falling off my jacket and now it sas "HE ORTH FAC". The rubber logo was a bad idea.
