The fit of the jacket is terrible. The arms are cut extremely narrow and restrict any kind of movement. I'm only 5'5" 150 lbs and neither the small or medium fit well in the arms. Would not recommend this for any outdoor activity. I have an old NF Thermoball jacket (11 years old) size small and it's one of the best jackets I've owned. Unfortunately they do not make them like they use too.

TNF is making cheaper products from one season to another, this model is tight, runs small, I usually wear an L but this time I looked for an XL, the label is a thermal transferred label that peals off very easy, the quality is getting worst, I will not buy anymore TNF, I had Patagonia same type of jacket and quality and fit is perfect.

I can't believe they put such an inadequate zipper on an otherwise nice jacket. Not only plastic but poly designed and too small. I would return it if it had not been embroidered. Now that I wear it I see the problem. The zipper slips and sticks and can be hard to get on and off. Very disappointed in this product. They run small.

Jacket fits horrible. Arms are tight but the worst part are the zippers! They are plastic. Patagonia has metal at the bottom. I've already broke two of them. Luckily first one was within the 30 day return window. Second time was 5 months later. So I will wait for warranty which takes 6 weeks. Def turned me off to n face. Will go Patagonia from now on.

Things aren't great. Material is very flimsy and it smells like burn tire. Runs small for size.

I purchased it for my husband for Christmas. The jacket seemed nice, but my husband was unable to unzip the zipper because it was stuck and he had to make several attempts before finally unzipping it.

Bought this to replace an older ThermoBall Eco coat. This was my third. The quality was noticeably worse overall. The material and logo look cheap compared to my older coats. The zipper broke within less than 2 months and North Face insisted that the coat be sent back for repairs with a turnaround time of at least 4-6 weeks. Can't be without a coat for the winter. They offered no alternatives so basically the warranty is worthless. Will not spend the money at North Face again. Very disappointed.

Not like previous version. Smaller. Puffier and logo is not stitched on. Another review said the logo fell off after washing. Returned!

I bought this jacket for my husband for Christmas. He wore it twice and noticed a tear. I was advised to go through warranty process even though it was just a few days old

Looks and feels cheaply made. The logo is not sewn on like normal, poor quality. The zipper was also very cheap. Not happy with it all, returning it.

This coat is too low quality for the cost. The zipper is cheap and easily broken. The material feels cheap and stayed wrinkled. The style of the puffs is cute but for the money it is not worth it. I am most disappointed in North Face for selling it at all. It does not measure up to quality of their other products.

Zipper broke after 6 months of intermittent wear! Fabric is delicate/tears easily. Very boxy fit with ugly quilting. Body and sleeves are way to short. Junky!
