I liked the coat until the lettering started to come of the coat in the front and back. This should not have happened for the price of the coat.

This is the third jacked I've bought in this line and this year the sizing was completely off as North Face has now made this a Slim Fit item and it no longer fits. Too bad as this has been my go-to jacket for years. Extremely disappointing!

Sizing is different for previous version that I loved a lot. Not sure what body type this thing is for it's pretty loose. Quality seemed to go down a lot compared to previous version or even other competitor versions out there. Customer service hard to get a hold of, it's been a few weeks that I shipped it back, no idea when it's going to be processed. The new "stick on" looking logo makes it look cheep. Definitely not the NorthFace I loved and gifted to loved ones over the years. Sad to see it in this state.

Nice jacket but I'm very disappointed with the zipper. Way too small, and often sticks when I attempt to take it off.

Wind blows through it. Works ok but not the best

Size medium fits perfectly except with it being a slim fit the arms are just too narrow. Not Comfortable. Old version was better.

Like the design, but got some quality issue, The jacket pilling like crazy. I have only been using this jacket as a middle layer during skiing. And only used for less than 20 days. The warranty department refuses to repair it and claims its normal wear and tear. I've talked to some other friends who had a similar jacket, and one of them has a Patagonia jacket, he has been wearing that for over 7 years and has no pilling issue at all. Very disappointed with the so-called lifetime warranty. I was a big fan of the TNF products. Not anymore.

Very disappointed when I saw the jacket in person. Not sure if is long lasting quality but it definitely doesn’t look that way. The TNF logo is like a sticker you can tell it would fade away with time.

Bought this jacket at The North Face shop last month. The "T" on the logo have rubbed off (and the "H" is starting to). We tried exchanging it for a new one (as it was less than a month old). They told us that we'd have to send it back to TNF to be repaired under warranty. And we'd have to pay to have it shipped. Could take 6 weeks to get back. Not very convenient. This is a high end jacket but it looks like we got it on canal street in NYC. Other than that, it's warm and comfortable. Just looks like a knockoff now. Going to call American Express to get our money back.

Bought it as a birthday gift. After receiving it, I found that the zipper cord was broken and simply connected. There were two places on the collar that were unthreaded, and one corner of the collar was cracked by 0.5cm.

Buy a jacket the norte face thermoball eco. It was a horrible experience. The logo came out, threads came out on the neck, the zipper broke. I went to the store to claim. I waited 5 months for them to solve the problem and they never did. My north face jacket literally sucks. I will never buy a jacket from this brand again.

I bought two of this jacket a year ago as a gift for my family and only wear it for a few times, and now one of the jackets logo started peeling and came off, can't believe that this happened with the north face's jacket. Really disappointed!!!

The jacket seemed mediocre considering the price. I attempted to return it but was 5 days outside the 30 day return window. I'm used to dealing with companies like Patagonia who are willing to help customers.

Zipper broke within a month. Unable to return because it's worn. Sending in for warranty repair means jacket is gone during the coldest part of winter. Very frustrating how quality of TNF products has gotten so bad.

Thinking this must've been a women's cut? Me 5'9", 185#, large fit like a small!

The jacket is thin. The jacket does not hold up to winter weather.

I purchased two sizes, S and M, to ensure a good fit, but unfortunately, neither size works well for me. I'm 5'7" and weigh 152 lbs.

Just returned for the second time. Both arrived with zippers that did not work.

I loved my old one. The new one was too small and you're always out of stock on large.

North face logo started peeling off

Was really looking forward to wearing and enjoying this jacket but few concerns - main zipper broke after few wears. North face main logo is peeling PEELING away (NOT wear and tear).

Bought it for travel, given the reputation of Northface, but deeply disappointed

zipper broken within a few wear. You can zip it but later it will reopen from the bottom. It was a replacement for a similar product from North Face. The old one lasts for more than three years. But the new one broke within two weeks. I feel so disappointed with this brand. This was a purchase during the Black Friday event. It seems impossible to exchange it.

This jacket used to come in tall sizes but no longer - BUMMER. It's too boxy for slim men too - BUMMER. Please bring it back in the TALL, SLIMMER style like it was the last time to offered it about 5 years ago.

For a slim fit, it still felt too boxy and large. Also, the chord always sticks out on the waist when you tighten it. It should be designed to have the chord stay hidden in the jacket. Wish I could get a refund and purchase something else!
