I bought two jackets, still hesitant on the review since I own the previous jacket and the quality of the new model is far different .

TNF front and back logo is stitched not some laminate and looks great. Read some other comments saying theirs were laminate and fell apart. Perhaps they purchased a previous gen model of this jacket.
Materials, looks and feels high quality. Looked at Arc'teryx and Cotopaxi equivalents and thought that their premium price was not worthy over TNF. Only downside is there are no inside jacket pockets. If there was a chest zippered inner pocket for a phone/wallet it would definitely be 5-stars.

I like the jacket but it was all wrinkled when I took it out of the packaging and the north face wouldn't let me exchange it since I had worn it outside.

Love the color! Midnight petrol is even better in person. Although this medium shrunk, alot. Seems warmer than my t-ball exo 1.0. Just size up for sure. It wouldn't fit my forearm even! Ordered a large and hopefully it's a better fit. Otherwise, it's a great layering thickness.

Previous generation was better, but the lack of stitched logo and primaloft takes a star.

Great jacket but the sleeves were too short for my son, who wears a large and is 6' for reference.

Light and durable. Great for temperatures at or around 32F. Not sufficiently war at tempratures below freezing.

Nirth Face knows hiw to make a jacket! But was surprised at how small and cheap the zipper was! Jams and hard to start and unzip. Bottom would unzip with only 1/16 inch of holding it.

Solid jacket! Fits great and is warm when you need it but breathes well.

Just returned from a 3 day trip to Vail, CO and this jacket did exactly what I needed it to do. I used it as a mid-layer underneath by shell jacket. It was in the low 20s the entire time and I was nice and warm without overheating. I'm only taking off a star because of the price. I feel like you can get a similar quality puffer jacket from other brands for about 20-30% less.

Purchases this for my husband. Quality is as usual - excellent! However, this line is more slim and fitting than previous ones.

Surprisingly warm jacket despite being thin and not as puffy as down jackets. Was very comfortable in 40 degrees fahrenheit weather. DWR works well so far.

Pretty solid coat! It is on the lighter side so anything below 50-55* in Chicagoland you will be chilly or cold in it. Otherwise great light coat
