I was looking for a jacket that was great in the city and on the trail. It's perfect, lightweight and warm. Perfect for winters in Minnesota.

This is the best coat I have ever purchased for cold weather! I was looking for major warmth and this coat is it. I am short so it hits me right on the knees which i where my biggest concern was as I feared in snowy weather I would slip due to the way the coat sits on my knee but that little zippered opening on the back is just what allows me to walk (and take longer strides) that sold me. When it's dry out, I jeep it zipped up and it fits like a glove, but should I need less restriction, I just open it up in the back and am still warm and able to safely move around. Great idea! Up until I bought this coat, I used to buy above the knee coats and then end up having cold knees through the winter, but that issue has been resolved with that zippered back. Best investment I have ever made. Thank you North face!

I bought this as a Christmas present for my wife. We really like the style and quality of the north Face products we already own. The fit is perfect and the jacket has proven to perfect for the snowy and windy days we have had recently.

I love this jacket. I live in central MN and this jacket keeps me so toasty. I use it as a casual jacket almost everyday. The only downside is the pockets aren't very big but I think the warmth is way more important :). I am 5'2 about 130 pounds and the small fits true to size for me. Thanks North Face for making an amazing jacket for the frigid tundra!

This jacket does wonders for me in the crazy cold weather and winds of Chicago. It is gorgeous and super soft, with an adjustable waist, waterproof and windproof, and considering how warm it keeps me, it is not heavy at all. I also love the mauve color which is pretty rare and special! Definitely recommend this jacket.

Really cute! I love how you can adjust the waist. It's long, I'm 5'1 and it reaches my knees, which I love. Really really warm and waterproof where you can see the droplets roll down. Recommend.

I was hesitant to spend this much on a winter coat but I'm so glad I did. Not only is extremely comfortable/warm but it's stylish too. The cinched waist really makes this look less "boxy" and adds shape.
