Coat is nice . Missing down in the hood . Also the front pockets didn't work for me . The nice part is the material and style . Had to take back because of hood and pockets .

I will skip to buy this coat. It is not the design is not flattering. In addition, the area of the neck does not have any down . The back make you look like bigger.

Coat is very warm. However a few BIG caveats... 1. There is no internal pocket. 2. Front pockets are top only (no side pockets to keep hands warm). 3. 2-way zipper broke after 2 weeks and I needed to return the coat. Given problems 1 & 2, I will not be reordering and will find something else. Majorly bummed.

I've owned many North Face jackets in the past and I personally feel like the quality of the jackets have declined, I'm not sure if this is a norm for down jackets, but for this particular one after only a half a day of wearing... the feathers on the inside were coming out and flying all over the place, in the past I would have the issue about a lengthy time of everyday wear or after bringing it to the cleaners, never the 1st day of wearing it, I'm very disappointed.
