Fab parka, exactly what my son needs for winters in Ohio! Warm throughout, nice length.

Absolutely love this jacket and the brown is so perfect. A good heavy duty jacket, I use everyday once winter hit. Also great pockets.

This was my first time purchasing a parka, and after extensive research and reading multiple reviews, I decided on the North Face McMurdo Parka. I'm very pleased with the decision. For reference, I'm 5'11"6'0", weigh 180185 lbs, and typically wear XLT shirts and 2XL regular jackets, mainly due to torso length rather than arm length. Sizing has always been a challenge for me, especially with outerwear. I chose the XL McMurdo Parka, and it fits perfectly. The length is ideal, providing excellent coverage without feeling oversized or restrictive. The shoulders and sleeves sit naturally, and the overall cut feels well-balanced for taller individuals. The parka offers a structured yet comfortable fit, which is impressive given my usual sizing difficulties. The quality is immediately noticeableheavy, warm, and clearly built for cold weather. For anyone who's taller and hesitant about parka sizing, I can confidently say the XL worked exceptionally well in my case. Overall, this parka exceeded my expectations, especially as a first-time parka owner. I'm very satisfied with both the fit and the build quality.

This coat makes going outside in the bitter cold tolerable. I am so comfortable that I feel like I'm in a big bear hug. Well made and lots of pockets.

Although its a mens coat I prefer the design and color over the women parkas .

As warm as advertised

I pull this extra-length jacket out whenever the temperature is 25F or below. I've owned it for about 20 years and it still looks great. The warm fur-lined hood and 3/4 length provide the very best cold weather protection. And it's still priced at the same level as 20 years ago!

The down jacket is warm, has perfect design, high quality materials and great price! Very comfortable.

I run between sizes Xl and L - I bought the XL for extra room to layer and it was too much. Exchanged for Large and works fine though a little closer fitting it still has room for layers and is not as open as it lacks a hem or waist bungee adjustment. Warm enough for Minnesota winter even if you still usually need layers for sub zero days. Good coat overall. Hood ruff is a little annoying as it snaps on and leaves gaps where wind tunnels right into your face
