Bought this for my boyfriend and after reading the reviews sized down. He typically wears an 2x to have some extra room but the xl fit perfect. There is enough room to even wear a hoodie underneath. Sizing down did not compromise the length at all and the sleeves end right at his wrist ( he has longer arms )

I was looking for a heavy winter coat for below zero hikes. I did much research and hands down the McMurdo Parka is the best bang for buck even considering the premium brands! I wish it still had the drawstrings but neither do other brands. I wish the fur was real and not Lamo faux. But overall very Nice Happy

This is my first North Face coat. I never bought one before because I felt they were overpriced but as I got older and the cold affected me Moore I wanted a warm reliable coat. I bought the McMurdo and I can honestly say it's not old the warmest,most comfortable and most functional it is worth every penny. I will never buy a different brand and when my kids are older and more responsible I'll buy them their first NF. It's so true in life "You get what you Pay for"

An excellent winter coat. Perfect for backcountry snowshoeing in the Colorado mountains. Great fit.

So nice and warm. This jacket is perfect for sub zero temperature and spending all day outside. Love the color not sure why this color was so discounted but it is fantastic.

so warm

This parka keeps me warm in very cold weather, and I only wear a tee shirt underneath. There are plenty of pockets on the outside of the parka, as well as a zippered pocket on the inside. No complaints so far and I will be recommending the mcmurdo to anyone who is looking for a parka for very cold conditions.

It feels like a good jacket and the color is dope. I like that it is a bit longer. Keeps the bum toasty.

I use my jacket for when the temperature is under 38F. Keeps me super warm. Has a ton of pocket space.

I m using the jacket for the snow. It is very good.

So light and warm and cozy I love it! Upon opening it, I could instantly tell this is a top quality parka that will keep me warm throughout the winter. I highly recommend this if you want a quality parka to keep you warm and dry.

Perfect

This is an excellent jacket. I live in New England and I'm used to having to wear a sweatshirt or some other layer underneath my jacket before going outside. With this jacket I can have only a t-shirt on underneath and stay completely warm no problem. I'm also a bigger guy and this jacket fits perfectly which is a nice change of pace from most jackets. Highly recommend this jacket to anyone looking to stay warm!
