I had to return the pair. The colors were great, but they did not fit well. Plastic/rubber on toe part aggravated my toes.

I was very surprised at the way they fit. I have been ordering on line from New Balance for a very long time and have always ordered a size 10 wide. They have always fit well. This pair does not fit. It is short, my toes hit the front of the shoe. They are very uncomfortable! I would send back but have worn outside. I am not happy!

Ok, I was excited to receive my sneakers, however, they were two different sizes, which was very disappointing. I called customer service to let them know.

Very disappointed in this newer model. The toe box is much shorter than the previous model I own. Too bad! These were one of my favorites, they got returned.

I mistakenly ordered a 8.5 regular width shoe but I decided I would find someone that could wear them, I couldn't even get my toes in these shoes. My daughter is able to wear them and she normally wears a size 7. They fit her perfectly. Order at least one size larger.

New Balance are the only shoes I can wear with my arthritis but these shoes are absolutely too darn tight. Horrible. I am going to try to size up but just the shoes itself is tight

I normally wear an 81/2 - 9 - wide. With New Balance, I have been ordering size 10 W - since they tend to run a bit small. This pair was extremely small. My toes touched the edge of the shoes. These shoes are super cute and I would love to exchange them for a larger size but the larger sizes are all sold out - probably due to the fact that they are running so small.

My foot felt like it was burning from the friction caused by the lack of cushioning under the ball of my foot plus these shoes seem to push your foot forward which puts even more pressure on the ball of your foot. I had even sized up 1/2 size as suggested to allow for more room.

I have worn the 680 for 7 years. I have always worn a 7.5 wide. But, this version was too small lengthwise. As in my toes were touching the toe of the shoe. It was very surprising. Why change the design!

I hike 3-10 miles a day and looking for a comfortable shoe. I haven't given up on this brand but this particular model was comfortable to walk in but the constant rubbing at the back of the heel made it a wasted purchase.

I love new balance typically but this shoe isn't great for my feet. I started getting blisters on even small walks. I orders wider and bigger than I typically wear yet I guess it wasn't enough.

I dont think these are sized properly. They were painfully narrow compared to the other shoes I have ordered and short in the toe even though this is my correct size.
