I've been wearing NB size 9wide for years, loved the fact that I knew they would fit. Well, not this time. I looked to make sure they sent the right size. They run a bit narrow and I feel like they are a half size too small. After being a loyal customer for many years I'm now questioning my next purchase.

Color wasn't as vibrant as shown on website.

I have had two pair of these shoes but something is different. I take a wide and I have never had a NB pair that was tight as long as it was a wide. They were always roomy. Well this toe box is tight--like it was a medium and miss marked. Also the tongue has always been nicely padded--not anymore. Perhaps NB is cutting corners to keep costs down. So I am back on the hunt.

I ordered a wide width but it feels like a regular width. I can only wear these shoes for a small amount of time because my feet hurt!

Very disappointed with the quality of this shoe! I feel NO foam at all and that outer material rubs against the top of my feet.

I think NB changed their manufacturer or something. These are not the same high quality, great fitting comfortable shoes they used to make. This runs small, material is very thin, and my foot slides around in them-especially forward. I could not use them for exercise which was the intended purpose so I returned them.

The shoe was shorter than other 680's I have purchased. My big toe is still hurting. I won't be wearing them for long runs.

They are a good shoe, I ordered my size, but it was way too narrow and tight on my foot. Quality was good, just a size issue.

Just received. Had high hopes. They feel cheaply made. Even the laces are half width of all the other NBs in the house. They don't have that sneaker lace feel. It's more like string which I don't think will be comfortable when cinched up. Sending back.

This shoe for a women's 10D runs short in the toe. I feel like my big toes are cramped in the top of the sneaker. I've purchased several NB over the years all at 10D and have never had a problem. Disappointed and now too far out to make a return.

I ordered a size 11 wide which is what all my athletic shoes are. Normally, I wear a size 10 M. These shoes were tight on my feet and the heel design seemed to push my foot forward making them feel too short. Do not recommend them.

These shoes were supposed to be wide, I have another pair that fit perfect, ordered the same size and fit but didn't fit.

I have owned many NB shoes over the years. I love them, but not these. I did the usual break-in, but they remain uncomfortable and kill my back! The ones I have that I've been wearing were no longer being sold, so I bout 2 pair of these. Waste of money! I work in healthcare and can't afford to wear shoes that make my back so bad I can't walk. Very disappointed!

I liked the way these looked and sounded according to the reviews. Only a few mentioned they ran narrow. I normally wear a 10 medium or "regular" so that's what I ordered. I was excited when they arrived but couldn't even get one foot into the shoe. I was disappointed that a simple exchange for a wide shoe was not recommended or possible. I have not reordered. Refund was prompt however and I appreciated that.

Bought a whole size up from my usual 7, yet the 8 is smaller than my former 7 in this brand. Trying to return and reorder a larger size. Of course I was not allowed to reorder larger size on phone, no I am required to go through the website again. Not sure I'll reorder.

I used them for a 6 mile run and my knees hurt. I don't recommend them

I have been running on my treadmill. My toes have been sore after running. Either the top of the sneaker is low or they run short. They were expensive, so I am disappointed. I even had bought a 1/2 size larger than usual.

I bought these in wide and had to return as they weren't wide enough. I have to find a store that sells them to try on first.

Was looking forward to receiving these sneakers, and did so in a very short amount of time. The sneakers seemed to be well made and comfy but they were much too narrow for me to be able to keep them. Contacted customer service and they were excellent about helping me with the return process. It has been years since I have worn New Balance and was looking forward to wearing them again. May try a different style but have learned if one style is narrow they all are.
