I was born with lousy feet and had reconstructive surgery on one of them. My flat feet threw off my entire alignment and things got so bad this year I went to a podiatrist for custom orthotics. The doc also handed me a list of recommended tennis shoes - this was one of them. They do not disappoint.

These shoes fit a little bigger in the toe box than the previous version of this shoe. Like the fit of the v11 a little better.

A lightweight New Balance shoe with plenty of room in the toe box. Very cushy and comfortable, true to size.

This is the second pair I've bought of the 860v12. I've tried many different types of stability running shoes, but these are my favorite. I also had the 860v11 and I think these are much improved from the old version. They are very durable and so comfortable. I use them for short and long runs and they are great for both. I'll probably buy another pair before they phase out this version. Highly recommend!

Good shoe for walking, not a great arch support but there is some. I do like the harder sole. Since I walk between 4 & 5 miles daily, I’m hoping it won’t wear as fast as the more expensive shoe I purchased before this one which had a softer sole. I intend to do my walking in this shoe through the fall and winter so I think the color is good and should not show the dirt of a lighter color. Overall I’m very pleased with New Balance as always.

They're comfortable, provide great support while still being ready to run in right out of the box. Love the "happy" colors offered. I now own 2 pairs in the new colors and one in black for the wet, muddy runs.

The 860's have always been my favorite shoes. I wish the would bring back the leather sides and near the top. But I still find them comfortable.

I have very flat feet which get fatigued and sore if I am on them all day. I wore these all day Saturday at a Celtic Festival and my feet didn't hurt when I got home that night. Definitely recommends and would buy again!

This is the third pair I've bought. I currently have two pair that I wear. One for inside and one for outside. I use these for walking, running, and just around the house with my orthotics. They have good support and lots of cushion. My feet are always happy in them. I normally wear a size 10 but wear size 10.5 in this shoe.
