Great flex. This is my second pair of the same type of shoe. This pair fit a little tighter over the instep. If the laces were longer, it would accommodate that tightness better without the shoe coming unlaced during a run.

I wear this shoe almost every day! I have several pairs & they always fit perfectly right out of the box. No break in needed.

I've worked in a restaurant for 11 years. Being on my feet all day long is hard on them. These are my favorite new balance to keep my feet happy! Love them!! Wide enough, comfy, light, supportive, no rubbing! Perfect for those long shifts!

This is my third pair of NewBalance 860 sneakers. They are very supportive and make my ankles feel secure. Great sneakers.

Testing out at house. I'm 12N and it seems to fit. Laces pull stiffly through holes. Heel pad seems overly padded. Prefer the smooth heel pull on prior version.

Unfortunately I had to return them due to the width.

I have weak ankles and usually have to wear an insert. The sides of the shoe provide enough support I don't need one. The toes have plenty of room and walking 2 miles in these shoes is so much better than any pair I have worn including other New Balance shoes.

I was very discouraged by my experience with the past few versions of the 860. My sister and I have both been running in the 860s for over a decade. We each independently found the 860s, and they revolutionized my running experience. I stopped getting injured every other month, my ankles rolled less, and I had more pep in my step. The past two versions caused huge blisters and toe nail loss for myself and my sister. I was very sad and worried I would have to find a new shoe after all these years. But, the 12 came out and we are back to comfortable running. Thank you New Balance!!

Love the cushioning and the wide toe box, which is perfect for someone with bunions. The pink is a really nice shade.

Comfortable and I like the color! I have another but different model of the Fres Foam .. both are comfortable and this one was on sale .. can't beat sale prices when the quality is good! Thanks for asking!

Love these. I've had New Balance shoes before that I loved, but my last pair seemed like they were made smaller and the shoe box was too tight. I ordered this pair in wide and they are perfect.

Due to a back problem my feet have been negatively affected and most of my shoes make the pain in my toes worse. Not only are my toes as comfortable as they can get but my feet no longer ache after I've been on my feet all day.

I needed a shoe with more support and have a wide foot. Like walking on air and love the stability support.

I was fitted for these at my local Fleet Feet and love every mile in this shoe. The toe box is wide enough, the tongue doesn't slip, and it's the first time I'm able to run long miles without having achy feet or legs after I'm done. My ONLY complaint is that this particular shoe is a tiny bit heavier than others I've worn, but I don't even notice when I'm running. I usually only wear shoes for a season before companies come out with new editions and I hate the new version, but this is the first shoe I've found that keeps it's iterations pretty much the same. Highly recommend.

The 860's are the only stability shoe I can run full Ironmans in. My husband just switched over as well. The support is unparalleled; we have tried all the stability sneaks out there. Love them!

Fits well and is very supportive - great shoe for walking.

I haven't run since 1978 and have no plans to in my future. My normal shoe size is US6 and these US6.5 fit well with cushioned socks, no pinching anywhere on my medium width feet. I think the US6 would have been too short. These are cushy enough so there's no jarring when I step, but not so much that it's extra work to move forward (which was the case when I tried a pair of hoka one one). The main color is a very dark navy.
