I purchased the product on Aug 5th, today is Aug 10th and when I called twice today I felt that something was not transparent. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, the phone went dead after a long wait

A big fan of the previous fresh foam line. This shoe is completely redesigned. Doesn't even look the same. It runs larger then previous versions. It's unfortunate companies still get rid of perfect products. Change the colors, yes but don't mess with perfection.

I wear a size 10 Wide in the 608's and have worn this style for many years. I decided to try the Fresh Foam due to many positive reviews. I ordered 10.5 Extra Wide however they were smaller than my old pair of 608's. I need a shoe that's wide in the foot bed as well as the toe box. Just didn't love the way they felt, so returned them and bought a new pair of 608's. Those were perfect right out of the box. I wish New Balance would make more/different colors available in this style.

The toe area is unproportionally wide and it's an ugly design.

I received my shoes and worked in them the next day. I'm a Physical Therapist assistant and on my feet long periods of time. My right shoe does not have padding on the lateral malleoli support. It dug into my ankle most of the day. I was really disappointed because I loved the way the left shoe fit and was wanting to wear these to train for a marathon coming up.

I have been buying New Ballance for over 20 years. This is the first pair that do not meet New Balance standards. The shoe laces are so short you can't tie them. The right shoe is tight around the ball of the foot and it makes your foot roll to the outside. Very uncomfortable. I have worn them hoping they would get better but no luck.. I have a pair of shows I spent good money going in the trash.

I have worn this same shoe before and was fitted in a store, so I thought it would be no issue to order again online. The two shoes are not the same size, the left one feels like it is missing some foam or form of some sort in the toe box. I'm so so frustrated.

I had to return these. The extra wide were narrow. I didn't try to extra, extra wide because they did not come in my size.

I can't wear a shoe/sneaker that isn't made in
AA....
Loosen up your purse strings and manufacture
AA sneakers for women. You charge enough for
your products to offer this as an option...

I've worn 860s for years. This most recent update was all for the worse and I ended up returning the pair I purchased. The shoe felt very hard and lacked the support prior versions offered. There was a weird pressure point on my pinky toes despite everywhere else feeling like the shoes was the right size or even too big.

In the countless pairs of NB I've purchased over 40+ years, I've always put them on the first time and they've felt like slippers. Never have returned a pair until now. They are too narrow and I'm not going to a D width just to appease a style. Get back to the style of your v.6 680s and others of that design.

I have been purchasing 860 running sneakers directly from New Balance for several years. Last year I bought the new Fresh Foam 860 and the plastic in the heal area broke on both shoes. I didn't realize why my heals were in great pain when wearing them. I finally took a closer look and found the broken heals. Unfortunately I didn't wear them very much over the past year. Two weeks ago I bought another pair of Fresh Foam 860 running sneakers hoping the previous pair was an isolated incident. This new pair seem small. I bought the same size I always buy, 7.5 US. My big toe hits the end and my feet tingle during and after my cycling workouts. I tried loosening the laces. That didn't change the tingling. I wonder now if this new design of the sneaker runs small. I keep with the 860 because of the stability that I need due to pronation.

NB used to be the "Brand that fits". Sadly this is no longer true. The sizing is all over the place and the quality of construction has tanked. What they call wide now is more like a C width. So disappointing!

Loved the fit but did not last. The side ripped out only after a few months. Very disappointed since it's difficult to find wide shoes.

I absolutely love my NB golf shoes, and was expecting these to be as comfortable. Unfortunately, within 30 minutes of wearing them the shoes aggravated my Morton's Neuroma. Sooooo, I'm returning them.

Someone cut the toe area and made them short
Horrible ! Very disappointed
Returned them to the store and the sales guy advised to try the 940s. Worst ! Now my foot keeps slipping I and out of the sneaker, despite tying them to the top notch.

I ordered an extra wide because the last pair of wides did not fit me. Looking at the shoes, compared to wide shoes I have purchased in the past, the wide is not even close; the extra wide shoes were not ANY better! Stop false ads! Is there a no-star review?

Extremely uncomfortable. I had to return because I felt like I had shin splints! Still waiting for refund. I have always worn NB in the past but these were just not a good fit for me.

I'm a true size 10. I ordered a 10.5. They were still about a size too small. I returned them.

These were recommended by my podiatrist and I've bought them every year for awhile now. This new design is awful!! I instantly could feel the difference and didn't like it. Then I worked out and noticed the side hits my ankle bone now and literally bruised it. I tried working out in them again and could barely get through my workout because the new design is so uncomfortable and made my feet hurt so bad. Im super bummed I no longer have the perfect shoes to wear.

Unfortunately, these shoes did not work for me. They look nice but there was no way to know they would not work until I wore them. My left foot was miserable and I guess it was a waste of over $100. My advice, get a brand that you can try on before you buy.
