I have lived in the 860 for years. The v11 is the first show where I almost don't need orthotics. But the v12 is not working for me at all. My feet hurt, I don't have the motion control. Its much stiffer and just not as good. Bring back the 11!

No I had this style number once before and it worked out really well, but this time the shoe is very stiff in the heel and not very comfortable.

I own Fresh Foam 860v11 and this is nothing like it. The fabric is not stretchable and the sole doesnt seem to have enough cushion. Will exchange them for Fresh Foam 860v11.

I prefer the 520 NB running shoes. They are much more comfortable. I was a little disappointed with the fit of this style.

These were definitely on the smaller size. Ordered my regular size and had to return them

Shoes are comforable, but they were a lot more square in the front, the color doesn't really match the photo (the shoes are a lot more blue than white), and they run small! I am normally a 10.5 in NB, and I would've fit better in an 11. I returned them because of the look and the sizing issue.

I expected them to be more comfortable. They have a very stiff toe box which is uncomfortable. Also they run small and the tow box is squared off not rounded to allow for the big toe.

The 860v11s have been my go-to running shoes for many training cycles and races. I was excited to try the v12s but I have not been impressed with my pair so far. The tongue doesn't stay put and I find myself having to adjust them during long runs. The sock-like upper on the v11 has been changed to a more rigid opening, which doesn't feel as comfortable or supportive. I've run about 50 miles in them so I'm definitely keeping these but I'm going back down to the v11 as long as they remain available.

I hardly wore these and the sole came apart! I've worn New Balance for over 10 years and never had a shoe wear out like this, with so little wear!

The size of the shoe shipped does not match the size of other Joe's New Balance shipments. Would not purchase this shoe online again. The shoe received is about a 1/2" shorter in length of previous Joe's New Balance shipments of the same shoe size.

this shoe is not made right, makes my right foot hurt when wearing them, some is off in the craftsmanship. I have another pair of this same shoe and I love them.

The right shoe is labeled 6.5 x wide but is smaller than the right shoe. The right shoe is mislabeled.

This is my second pair and quality of foam has gone really down. There was no support after couple of weeks. Very disappointing

I developed blisters on my 4th toe. It was from a seam in the shoe. I've never had this problem before with New Balance shoes so I was confident in buying them. I can't wear them now, nor do I think that I'll be able to in the future. To say the least, I'm disappointed. Do you have a shoe that doesn't have a seam that would rub on the toes?

I loved the 860's. This shoe does not fit or feel like the dependable 860's of the past. I do not recommend these.

The width of your shoes is narrower. Years ago the 2E width was good. The running pair I bought and returned measures slightly over a 1/4 inch LESS in a 2E width. A friend of mine noticed the same thing in mens. Over the top of foot is less space and presses against the foot. I haven't bought in awhile because you were out of my size for a long time. When I pay, you receive your money in about 3 days. You received my return shoes on 9/30/22 and I was told refunds take14 business days! I won't order again or buy in store.

Order a size 2E and these do not fit like a 2E does. I was wearing my thin socks and It barely fit. I will be returning them.

I ordered 3 pairs of these shoes and was very excited to see a wider selection of colors. I have worn previous versions of the 860 for years and absolutely loved them. Two pairs never made it out of the box. I walked around my house in one pair and could not understand why the toe box felt so tight. I double checked and the size was what I ordered. When I placed the v12 next to previous versions it is noticeably shorter than previous versions, much shorter. All 3 pairs are being returned. I am very disappointed and view this as a quality control issue.

I am a repeat new balance buyer. I've had probably 10 pair in the last five years. I had been buying the fresh foam 880v12 but wanted to try something new. These feel cheap and give me no support with running. I would send them back if I didn't wear them a few times in different conditions to give them a chance. Do not recommend.

I bought these because I love New Balance. I have the 840's and wanted a cute pair for every day wear. I needed extra wide with having bunions and when they came in and I tried them on they felt narrow instead of extra wide. Sent them back the very next day. Waiting for the refund. I wish I would have listened to the reviews.

I tried this particular style and it wasn't for me. It did not fit my foot properly an uncomfortable. Had to return them. Will continue to purchase New Balnce shoes, just not this style.

These shoes start to wear out within 1 month of buying them and then by month 5 they look like this! New Balance refuses to admit they have material defects in their shoe.

Stop using Fresh Foam. Running shoes should not be made like slippers. Please go back to the 860 V8, it was the perfect shoe!!!!
