I really liked the 860v11 and I feel these don't fit as well.

Didn't even have to break them in. I will never buy a different brand again.

It took multiple tries to get stability running shoes this year. I've never had problems finding them to fit with my orthotics in the past. I normally wear a women's 8.5 2E and had to get men's 7 4E this year. This is the 3rd brand I've tried with the same wide width issue this year. I've been able to wear New Balance in my usual size for years until now. If you normally need wide width, consider sizing up from 2E to 4E. They also arrived with a damaged lace but it took so long to find running shoes that fit that I'll buy new laces if I have to.

Very good fit, for large flat feet. Wish there was a darker color for the same size but happy with the grey.

I have bad ankles and count on my shoes for support. These shoes feel more "soft" than I expected. I will see how they work out after I wear then a while longer. Maybe they just feel soft and actually provide lots of support. That would be nice.

After reading multiple reviews, I bought a pair of Fresh Foam X 860v12. I have been wearing New Balance shoes for close to 20 years and this is the only pair I wish I could return. When I first put them on, they were great. Then after about 15 minutes, I could feel the top of one of my toes on my right foot rubbing against the shoe - and this was just walking around the house. I was not doing any real exercising. No running. No power walking. I tried everything. Orthotics. No orthotics. One pair of socks. Two pairs of socks. No socks. And every combination you can think of. I even went and had my feet measured to make sure they hadn't shrunk (or grown). Like I said, I have worn New Balance for a long, long time. I am about as loyal a customer as they have. But these shoes just don't measure up and I have wasted a lot of money on a pair of shoes that, for me, are unwearable.

I really like the feel of the shoe. Very light weight and the cushion really absorbs the shock when running. I also like New Balance shoes because they have wide widths for my wide feet.

I like the look of it and bought a previous version of the shoe in 2020, then tried the 960 in 2021 but found the sole to be a bit too stiff. Ever since getting this version, my knee has been bothering me and all I do is walking. I'm well past the breaking-in period of other shoes. I think I will switch to another brand.

Excellent shoe but this model is shorter than any other size 13 New Balance Shoe. I have been wearing New Balance for the past 12 years and will never own another shoe brand.

Felt like the fit changed since v11 which worked well for me. I was surprised. Felt narrower and rigid. Probably great for someone else . For me, I'm going to a running store next time to see if something else will work better for me.

This model was recommended by my podiatrist who diagnosed me with over pronation. This is actually my second pair. The first pair was purchased at a New Balance store who works with podiatrists. The fit is identical to the first pair, just a different color. However both served to take away the pain I was experiencing. I strongly recommend to everyone that's looking for a high end shoe or running sneaker go to a podiatrist for the correct shoe. This was a learning experience for me.

11 D has always been my size, but it is a bit small in this shoe. I didn't have the problem with the last pair of Fresh Foams. Shoe runs well though.

The left shoe's arch support feels very uncomfortable. Feels like it is too far back, extends toward the midline of the shoe, and also feels lumpy. The right shoe's arch support feels perfect.

I used to run in the Rubix before it was discontinued, loved that shoe. Since then I've been looking for a good replacement as I need the extra support for my overpronation. Tried the original 860's and they felt to stiff. The Fresh Foam version is more forgiving and feel better for my long runs. Bought my current pair back in January (225 miles ago) and will be buying another pair soon.

This shoe has an amazing feel. Never purchased this model was a little skeptical on straying from the 1080 but I am sold. On my feet and walking a lot, very comfy and very little feet and leg fatigue will buy again

Active senior now living in retirement community needs dark grey or black comfortable shoe that can we worn anywhere, even to our fancy dining room. This shoe satisfied that need. It's comfortable and stable and, at a glance, just looks like a dark grey or black shoe. It's so light that, aside from the comfort, I don't realize I'm wearing shoes. I know it's not the typical review but I love these shoes.

I am 65 and walk 4-5 miles a day. These shoes give me arch support and last about a year. That's about 1400 miles. Not too shabby.
