These were not comfortable for me. I wish I would have returned them when I had the chance. They felt like I was wearing cardboard shoes (don’t know how else to explain it)

Extremely comfortable. My husband did over 14,000 steps in a day and his feet still felt good. Great for those with wide feet. My husband loves them and wants to get others in different colors.

One of the best dam shoes I've had for running and walking. On par of $150 brooks.

Length seemed fine, but was uncomfortably narrow at the toe box, even in 4E width.

My son loves these shoes. This is his second pair. His first pair lasted a long time, but he is 14, so shoes do wear out. They are durable, have good arch support, and most of all, are really comfortable. He has had three different kinds of NB shoes, and this model is his favorite.

I really liked this shoe…enough that I immediately bought a second pair. The fit is great and gives lots of support during my runs. My only negative is that the shoelaces seem to be several inches shorter than previous versions of this shoe.

Very uncomfortable

Husband says they’re very comfortable and they do look good on. But they cost over $100 and have lasted less than a year with very light wear. He pretty much just uses them to run errands and sit at a desk all day, but they already have a hole in the mesh fabric across the toe.

Very pleased with this shoe. Probably the most comfortable sneaker I have bought in the last 10 years. Way better than much more expensive brands.

Could use a little more cushioning but good.

These are my second pair. I replaced first pair , due to discomfort with sneaker insert. Second pair feel worn out after 1 month. Not the same quality New Balance has been known for in the past. I am a large man 6'1" 300 lbs and exercise daily with 3 mile walks on the treadmill. Purchased on 1/16/23 Worn out 2/15/23 . Bought a pair of New Balance Fresh Foam 860v12 on 9/22/22 Lasted until 12/2022 Material pulling apart from sole , and insert worn out.

The shoe strings are too short, and I have to tighten the strings just to tie them, which creates a tight fit. They also don't stay tied. So now I have to purchase new shoe strings just to wear them.

Fits and looks ? Feel like a million bucks wearing them.

I have a difficult time buying shoes. I have kept this shoe because i needed a shoe with a rounder toe. and was having a difficult time. The width of this shoe is not as marked. Considering the cost, this shoe does not have the long lasting support either.

New Balance appears to be making their shoes shorter and narrower than historically produced. The most observable difference is in the toe box. Formerly the 840v4 had excellent width while newer versions have a narrow toe box which defeats the purpose for people like myself who need the width all the way to the end of the shoe. Very disappointed…

Fir well enough, but unfortunately I ordered them a half size too small. I seem to be between sizes, and this shoe was on the smaller end by just enough as to be uncomfortable over longer distances.

Great walking sneaker with outstanding support and comfort. I wear a 13 wide (EE) and these shoes fit true to form. This is my second pair and I will buy them again when needed. Great shoe!
