Great fit. Like the color

I've been wearing NB running shoes for several years. I wear a size 12. But the Fresh Foam shoes are a half size too small, perhaps because of the extra cushion. So a 12.5 fit me perfectly.

I have always had difficulty getting a properly fitting wide shoe. I feel like a unicorn Clydesdale, very few mfr's cater to extra-wide feet. NB has been the best choice overall. I'm a 9 4E. I only wish they offered more than just black, white or grey in the very wide choices. Ughhhh!!! I was very lucky to find this pair in a sporty, attractive neon orange. Much better!

Needed to have a pair of shoes for indoor use only. These are perfect.

They were narrow and hurt my feet.

These are pretty bulky. It feels like they put the support for the arch in the heel so it is very uncomfortable if you are looking for a shoe that you don't need to purchase additional arch support.

Perfect fit and size. I have been wearing New balance for close to 20 years and they are my favorite. Since they often discontinue models I like, I am ordering a second pair to stash in my closet.

Fit fine. Shoe was as expected.

Especially for my odd size, 7.5 4E, the size is perfect. If in inventory, I'll buy again, holding on until ready.

My last pair of New Balance shoes were made in USA and size 9.5 This new pair is made in Indonesia and I had to go up a full size to keep toes from hitting the end of shoe during activity. Zappos is fantastic about returns/exchanges.

I ordered size 10.5 and was shipped size 11.5. I had the return processed and back at the UPS store within 60mins of the shoes arriving at my house so at least the return process worked well.

Fit and size perfect as always. I have worn New Balance exclusively for at least 20 years. I will order a second pair soon to put away in the closet, as NB has a habit of discontinuing the models I love.

Terribly uncomfortable especially for the price. The sole is hard as a rock. After 2 hours in these shoes you’re ready to cry and have both feet amputated.

Was a gift and recipient was happy with his Zappos.

Too much arch support, caused knee and hip problems.

Fit and size was accurate. I wear a wide shoe and the fit was comforable.

I probably should've returned these as soon as I put them on out of the box. But I thought, I'll give them a wear or two over a couple of days and maybe they'll loosen up. They didn't. The shoe runs quite narrow(my foot is normal so this has never been an issue) and overall the stride is very stiff and rigid. This shoe was advertised as great cushioning and good for impact running on a treadmill. Well I wouldnt know b/c they're average at best just walking around. It was $100 wasted. Not Zappos fault at all, totally on New Balance. I just went to my closet and put on my Asics trail runners. AHHH, relief! These will be my last pair of New Balance I assure you. Taking them to Goodwill later this week.

i wear a 9w shoe but the 10w new balance sneaker fits me best. they are comfortable and good looking. highly recommended by this individual who has a completely flat foot.

Fit good, but the shoelaces are too short to tie without removing from the top hole.

I was hesitant to try these as a replacement for my 840’s, but I’m not disappointed so far. I’ve only got about 5 miles on them, but they’ve been extremely comfortable, and fit pretty much perfectly. I wear a 12 EE, and I definitely pronate - these seem to be an awesome solution. Colors were limited because they’ve sold so well, and I settled on the BRIGHT blue with yellow/green accents and partially green sole. I’ve read some complaints about the toe box - but I’ve not experienced any issues, and they seem to have as much room in the box as my 840’s. My only suggestion would be to offer some perhaps more “standard” colors.

The fit was great and I really like the style. It can be really difficult to find stylish and comfortable shoes I'm my size. This was definitely a great buy.
