Everyday sneakers. I actually went to store to exchange for larger size. Person that helped me was great and I now have a pair that fits.

Great support and comfort. One of the best running shoes I have.

I have to use an insert in all shoes and the inserts work great in these shoes. I tried a pair from a discount store, they are not the same shoe as those that I buy off of the New Balance website.

Mainly city walking, 50+ miles per week, have pronation I'm my left ankle after a motorcycle accident many years back and these really help combat that.

I only wear new balance. Perfect fit every time. I love the Brand..

I called Customer Service to help me choose the right shoe for me. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. They helped me find the right shoe for me. After 44 years of running with New Balance I'm glad that I can still rely on them when I need them.

Comfortable . They fit well . I always buy New Balance as they have wide sizes for my small feet !

I walk 2.5-3 miles per day with my dog and these are extremely comfortable; I got the wider width and it makes a difference. Waiting to see how the arch support holds up.

I'm using these as my everyday sneaker and for work. I'm on my feet 6+ hours per day and they are very comfortable. The fresh foam provides just the right amount of cushioning.

I have worn a lot of shoes over the 67 years on this world and these are by far the best. Comfortable is key!!! I will buy another pair for a big trip to Italy because of the comfort and light weight.

I wear these shoes to work and everyday activities. They are so comfortable and stable my feet don't get tired.

I work in healthcare in an Emergency Department and after a two or three day break in period these sneakers have been fantastic. Great arch support and cushion for heel strike. Even after running around for 12 hours my feet are only a little sore at the end of the day which is amazing. I bought these to replace another pair of new balances that lasted me almost a year, and after buying these I think new balance is definitely going to be my work shoe brand going forward. Great looking too!

Very comfortable for my long walks, I take 3 six mile walk a week and when I finish, take my shoes off my feet are in good shape, they feel fine. I love the look but most important is the comfort.

I can't recall which 860 version I started with, but I see myself continuing with this reliable running shoe that fits my stability needs for years to come. This version so far is working well, and I believe it's an improvement over the last. I like the heel cup much better.

This shoe is has excellent cushioning and is comfortable to wear. Size 14 Wide is true to size

No break in needed. Fit well from day 1. I'm using these for exercise classes at the YMCA and daily walks

The 860v12 seems to have replaced older versions of 880 (which I've owned) in terms of a highly stable, long-range and all-around running and walking sneaker. The 860 provides firm cushion and the supportive medial post adds a lot to heal comfort and stability. You can see and feel the improvements from the latest technology. Overall it's very well-made, stylish, with sturdy construction. The 880 held up amazing well and I expect the 860v12 to do the same. The 860v12 is basically true to size, but I would say it feels slightly bigger than expected. Noticeable, but not enough to change sizes.
