I've had a few Saucony models but just bought the Shift 2 for working out at the gym. A perfect shoe for me! Lightweight, sturdy and stable support. Great color and style. Highly recommend this shoe.

These shoes are great. I got a pair for training on tempo/effort runs and a backup pair almost immediately after to race in. I love how light and airy they are. The carbon fibre plate provides incredible responsiveness. I enjoy the roll and the drop, and I feel these shoes give me a more natural running stride. Amazing shoe all around.

My son runs track and he was using a pair of Nike’s I’d gotten him and his feet were hurting and he injured himself. His coach recommended we buy a better pair of shoes Saucony was among the recommended brands, so after extensive research I bought these shoes and I’m glad i did. He absolutely loves them, says it’s like running on clouds and they provide much better support especially around his ankles than the Nike’s did. He runs about 5-8 miles a day and after two weeks he still loves them. I’ll provide another update after 100-200 miles.

I bought them for my 9th grader who runs track and cross country. He LOVES THEM. Says it’s like running on clouds. Will write a more in depth review after a couple hundred miles.

This is a comfortable and very stable shoe. It really feels easy to run in and is my favorite running shoe I have owned so far.

I like the contour of these shoes. The cushion is rather plush. I walk because my knees are damaged by OA, I love them for walking.

Supportive and stable (without being harsh), cushioned (without being too soft), Speed roll geometry without the aggressive snap of a plated shoe. Secure comfortably fitting upper. Nice for logging recovery / easy runs, med-long runs.

Great shoe for those interval training days, I like it for quick runs under 6 miles. Anymore can cause discomfort due to lack of all around support

I am very pleased with my Endorphin Shifts. The cushion and support are excellent. I set a 5K PR in them the day after receiving them. The push off phase of each step is enhanced by the special design. It is also great for my longer runs.

Although, not a stability shoe, the shift is a great balance of cushion and stability.

I have been enjoying these shoes a lot. They are comfortable when running and good choice for going to work. They match with most my clothes (White/Checker). I also have a second pair of Saucony runners (Cohesion 11) I alternate so these decompress.

Was looking for a change from Hoka Cliftons as they weren't providing the stability I needed and I didn't feel like I need all the cushioning that they provided as I'm not running the miles I used to. Bought the Endorphins a week ago and really like them. They feel more responsive but still plenty cushioned and provide more stability. They are much more like the shoes I used to be able to run in before I switched to Hokas. Nice change. I'm not sure what the other reviewer was complaining about on comfort, they are very comfortable.

Bought these for my recovery runs. Really comfy shoe that feels like you can just cruise in. A little on the heavy side so I wouldn't take them more than 10 miles or at fast paces (even though I've done both haha). Really enjoying this shoe!

I purchased the shoe three weeks ago and I just love them! I run between 50 to 60 miles a week and was not enjoying my runs for the last few months. I made the big switch to another brand and that went in the wrong direction. I moved the the Endorphin Shift 2 and they are amazing. My runs are fast and my legs feel great. I cannot wait to run every day and looking forward to my next purchase. I run with custom inserts and they work well in the shoes. The comfort, fit and feel are perfect! I am having my best runs in a year! Changing running shoes is like getting a divorce, I made the leap and traded up in the big way!

I sustained an ankle fracture many years ago that left me with overpronation and an abductory twist (heel whip). I have tried so many shoe brands, inserts, medial posting, all to no avail. Finally! A shoe that lets me walk properly. The shoe's heel counter and medial stability control my heel whip, allowing me to walk without pain. I love them so much I am ordering more! Thank you Saucony!

I have done a couple runs in this shoe and can already tell I am going to keep it in my rotation, I got a lot of shoes. I can feel the speedroll and the heavy cushion. This really appeals to my legs on heavy mileage(90+ a week). I think this is capable of being a light workout shoe, maybe an uptempo or fartlek. The heel counter is just enough stability(I typically run in neutral shoes). The feel is pretty similar to the first generation but I think it feels a little more snug and contours to the foot a bit better with the changed upper. I also really like the designs styles and colors. If you like hoka this is the saucony version pretty much.

Good foot protection and suprisingly smooth run. I could easily pick up speed. But it is too heavy and bulky to maintain that speed for long. Definitely one of the best choices for recovery to easy runs if you prefer a firmer ride.

True to size but maybe a slight bit narrower than other Saucony shoes I have had. Front to midsole felt a little stiff at first but definitely not uncomfortable. Looking forward to putting some mileage on them.
