These shoes even with similar material as other saucony's I've worn and really liked, is not a good shoe. Wore them for a few mile run to loosen them up and they were the most painful first use of shoes I can recall. Fit is right, from what I have for other Saucony's, so it's just this shoe that isn't good.

These hurt my feet and even make my feet go numb at times. This is with them not even being tied...so as loose as possible. What is the return policy on these?

Second pair of these returned, a first for me and a low-point in my experience with this brand and Zappos.

These shoes look great, fits great to the size, but just doesn't perform. I tried running on them for 4 months hoping my legs get adapted, but no. Just gets worse. It lacks arc support, I developed chin pain. I used to run 10 to 12k everyday with my previous UA shoes, running 6k is now a painful process.

I've worn the same running shoe for the past 10+ years. Had decided it was time to try something new. Saucony has a great reputation so I searched and searched for what I had hoped would be the equivalent for what I'm used to but with more support. After days of reasearch I landed on the Endorphin Shift 2. At first it felt comfortable and I was pleased. Broke them in for a week or two before running on them. It was okay initially but about a month in I realized it felt like my heels were trying to slide outward. The heel cuff just felt so loose and didn't keep my foot in place! Then I started to develop plantar fasciitis for the first time in my life! I'm very disappointed with the outcome of this shoe. I really wanted to like these shoes but they it's too much of a risk to continue

I am a great fan of Saucony and I have the full suite of Endorphin. I had been training for long distances, so I bought the long distance shoes, but for the 100+ miles of use, it seems like I cant correctly break them in. At the end of every run I feel like I am about to get fascitis. So they are very uncomfortable.

Shoe wears out quickly. My toe wore through after very little use. Disappointing as this was the most money I had spent on a pair of running shoes.

I'm so disappointed in this shoe. I'm a huge Saucony fan and love the Endorphin Pro. I bought this to start training in the full suite (if you will). Sadly this ain't it. They run a bit small, which was odd for a shoe built for distance. But the real issue is how stiff they are. I ran a 6mi break-in run and felt like I was fighting against the shoes the whole way. They also lacked cushioning, which again - odd for a distance shoe.

I bough a pair of these shoes a few months ago and have been left disappointed. I purchased these shoes with the intentions of wearing them for casual comfort wear. Unfortunately, they are not comfortable to stand in for short periods of time and the heel/arch support are minimal. There is a chance I got a fluky pair, but I have been shocked how little comfort they have provided. I keep wearing them hoping maybe they just need to be broken in, but no such improvement has occurred. I have

The fit is very uncomfortable. This is not the fit of a running shoe as the ankle collar is too high and too thick causing it to create irritation against ankle muscles and achilles tendon.
